You are absolutely right. I had vertigo then nausea then came loss of confident while walking and heavy stress. I was feeling totally zero. Now due to medication vertigo is lowered but still I face same problems whenever I get stress. I think this video will be helpful for me.

Mam..I am suffering from vertigo Bppv fot the past 1 year..now I don't having dizziness but having sharp pain in my head mainly because of noises..eg..mixie grinding..steel utensil sound etc...not able to continuously concentrate on anything...eg..watching TV, seeing mobile., reading or writing etc. ..is this all related to vertigo.i hv seen so many doctors.. no use ..but after watching your vertigo video part 1 and 2 ..really there is improvement and felt very happy...so I decided to continue..how many times I have to do in a day and how many counts also.pls reply mam...need permanent solution for this vertigo...thanks a lot mam.

Hi mam, thanks for your video. I have a vertigo since 2 year old. Now my age is 30. Still I having vertigo. Occasionally I feel the dizziness and when I ride in bike if I see side (right or left ) vertigo will make me uncomfortable to drive. So mostly I won't use two wheeler. I have tried so many exercise and exhausted 😫. Ans it reducing my confidence level. I saw this video .hope it will be helpful. I wil try it out . thanks for your video mam.
