Madam, i started doing the part1 and part 2 for my BPPV. I have a doubt, any count for breathing in and out for Bhamni Pranayamam , like 1:2?

Thank you very much mam. For past 2 months am doing this yoga and can vouch for it, it works like a magic . When I have the slightest feeling of giddiness i do it and it disappears. I can't thank you enough for this!

@@jananee9311 Hi mam, i am doing really better after following this yoga which Ms.Lakshmi Andiappan mam has taught. Touch wood, it didn't recur again. But am continuing to do the yoga.

You are absolutely right. I had vertigo then nausea then came loss of confident while walking and heavy stress. I was feeling totally zero. Now due to medication vertigo is lowered but still I face same problems whenever I get stress. I think this video will be helpful for me.

Hi mam I have this problem one week 😢two day before I watched ur giriness yoga exercises tq so much daily I take a tablet vertin 8 mg ennoda husband before one month munadi ennoda leftside kadhulla balamaga addithar ninga sollura problem roomba erruku ratinam addiveettu kella erraingina veyu dhara madhiri erruku kadhulla satham kekkura kangal mudina thalai sutruguradhu so na roomba tension na feel panure ..I have irregular period also mam two yearsha baby ellai two days I try ur giriness yoga exercises mam tqqq

Hello ma'am, எதையாவது பிடிக்காமலோ, இல்லை உடலின் எந்தப் பகுதியோ சாய்ந்தபடி இல்லை என்றால் என்னால் நிற்க முடியவில்லை. உதாரணமாக பாலத்தின் நடுவில் என்னால் நடக்க முடியாது. ஆனால் ஓரத்தில் கைப்பிடியை பிடித்தபடி நடக்க முடிகிறது. எனக்கு மிகவும் பயமாக இருக்கிறது.

Mam..I am suffering from vertigo Bppv fot the past 1 year..now I don't having dizziness but having sharp pain in my head mainly because of noises..eg..mixie grinding..steel utensil sound etc...not able to continuously concentrate on anything...eg..watching TV, seeing mobile., reading or writing etc. ..is this all related to vertigo.i hv seen so many doctors.. no use ..but after watching your vertigo video part 1 and 2 ..really there is improvement and felt very happy...so I decided to continue..how many times I have to do in a day and how many counts also.pls reply mam...need permanent solution for this vertigo...thanks a lot mam.

Hi mam, thanks for your video. I have a vertigo since 2 year old. Now my age is 30. Still I having vertigo. Occasionally I feel the dizziness and when I ride in bike if I see side (right or left ) vertigo will make me uncomfortable to drive. So mostly I won't use two wheeler. I have tried so many exercise and exhausted 😫. Ans it reducing my confidence level. I saw this video .hope it will be helpful. I wil try it out . thanks for your video mam. Madam my doctor told that shud breathe deeply without sound If we breathe deeply with sound he says that can get sinus headaches nd the hairs in the nose will b damaged.so madam how shud I breathe while doing the exercise
