Just came back from running and now this video makes me real hungry. Every week is different food, for people who couldn't travel to Japan, this video give us an insights as to how delicious food in Japan is being prepared. Makes me want to learn Japanese cooking. Thank you, Kei-san. With covid still ongoing, please take good care of yourself. Stay safe!🥰❤🙏👍💪
I grew up eating omurice. I did not really know until later in adulthood that it is considered western japanese food. I just thought it was normal food. watching the cook/chef, I am mesmerized by the technique of flipping the omlette on top of the rice. they use quite a bit of butter I think in the fried rice and the omlette so it looks quite tasty. thanks for sharing
Look at the deep orange of those yolks. I can't get eggs like that at the grocery store here in the US. Luckily I am able to have a small flock of hens who keep me supplied with beautiful eggs.

Maybe put names of the items so we know what they are making? Would make the video more fun ; we are drooling anyway. Lovely photography, plus in a busy kitchen. Great work by the photographer and video editor.
