Actually it didn't go really well .. 14:10 - I would have used a larger hole punch to make a nice round lock hole before installing the new seat cover .. that torn hole looks like crap and it remained visible .. and a heat gun to make it fit better ✌

I typically find your attention to detail very good but seeing this upholstery job was not your best work. Why use a pocket knife instead of an ultra sharp razor blade? The lock hole being so oversized was really unwarranted, didn't need to be that crude. Test fit until it worked with only removing what material was necessary to complete the job.
