It’s weird because I started doing neck stretches and neck exercises and I experienced my vestibular disorder symptoms worsen. That spaciness and floating feeling lingers for a while.

If there’s something that makes you worse listen to your body and don’t do that specific exercise. It might be worthwhile getting a valuated by someone in person, I always look for a cervical rotations to see if that needs to be in place first before you start doing stretches or strengthening. I do have a playlist on my homepage on cervicogenic dizziness with sometips on upper cervical rotation if you would like to check that out

Been waiting for you to do a video like this. Most of subsidiary issues are cervicogenic dizziness.

Hello there . Regards from the Uk.😁 Enjoying listening to your ideas & knowledge. Nothing is helping me currently unfortunately. 9 months now of vertigo after Vestibular neuritis. Still terrible for balance issues. Recently diagnosed with cervical spondylosis too. Im assuming no exercise & therapy will realistically benefit me for recovery? Only the passage of time ? Regards D ❤

Hello! So sorry for what you’re going through. Have you looked at my gaze stability, playlist, beginner, intermediate, and advanced? That takes you through exercises that I would take a client through with Mr. Miller neuronitis with the exact goals reps and how you should progress. If you think you have done all that and still not seeing the results that you want, I advise going back to the doctor and being a valuated for PPPD. That is the most common cause of chronic vertigo. And many people are diagnosed with cervical spondylosis, it definitely depends on the severity and if exercises bother your neck or if you can modify, I also have a cervical genic playlist that you might find beneficial. And just in case you were interested here is one of my digital products that I created. That makes it very easy to go through a vestibular therapy protocol for neuritis with the ability to stay organized and know exactly how to progress.stan.store/TreatDizzinessathome/p/get-my-comprehensive-vestibul-recovery-program Let me know if you have any other questions and all the best!

I feel a pulling towards the right. My vestibular checks show no weakness. I have developed neck tightness due to VOR exercises so stopped and having PT on my neck. Problem now I feel dizzy bending over which I didn't before. I seem to solve one issue only to get another. I have your workbook but don't know how to proceed. At the moment I'm walking and doing relaxation. I would appreciate your thoughts. I'm very anxious and have tried medication in the past but side effects mainly dizziness has just ramped up my PPPD. Thankyou

@@janemariepearson5455 with what your telling me it sounds like you need to try the habituation portion of the workbook. You start with a list of functional things you want to tackle and goal by goal . I can do a video if that’s not clear!

Hello! I’m not sure if you’ve gotten this diagnosis yet, but those symptoms are very common with Mal de Debarqument. . Have you ever heard of that diagnosis? To be honest this resource is an exact outline of what you could follow to treat those symptoms. I highly suggest taking a look at it sending me any questions if you have any. But this is one of the best things I have written and it gives step-by-step instructions.stan.store/TreatDizzinessathome/p/get-my-comprehensive-vestibul-recovery-program
