Another really great build. The village is off to a wonderful start. And, as usual, the video of the showcase is just beautifully done.

Wow...All I can say is RESPECT...I just found your channel a few days ago and after the first Video I Subscribed...Awesome, Awsome, Awsome...This must take you untold hours. I did one of your builds (modified it a bit smaller) and it literally took me about 10 hours, and that was just the exterior...I've still got to start the interior...Your interiors are also Super Awesome...Would love to see a Video on how you place things on Shelves and the like...I only just started playing Valheim a couple of weeks ago and thought my Viking Man-Cave was pretty spiffy...until I found one of your Vids...I tore it down in shame...No self-respecting Viking should have to live that when he can live in opulance.I was really unaware of just how cool you could build things in this game...Thanks for sharing, I'm already using many of your techniques in my new builds. I think I'm enjoying this aspect of the game more than the storyline....

Man I can't wait till im able to go into the plains to get tar. It's my only complaint about the hearth and home update. Locking tar in such a late game experience. The dark wood adds so much to the building system in valheim

@@vagelisfar4381 I managed to get the tar I needed. Just sucked I had to replace the old roof because that roof was insanely complicated because it was a round roof that had different kind of angled roofs and the size of the roof complicated it even more lol. Spend 2 hours figuring out how I had placed it in the first place because I messed something up rebuild/replacing it. It looked sick though:) I would have made it only once but I wasn't even sure I would be able to get a good looking roof on it in the first place because of the stupid dimensions I had haha

I absolutely adore your builds! This is by far one of your finest. Just one thing that's giving me OCD: The dark wood dividers have a pattern that can be flipped, and it doesn't look like you're flipping them to complement each other when you place two side by side. Otherwise, these builds are absolutely beautiful!

It looks really great, I admire your decorating skills (I always seem to much up decorating outdoors by picking plain bad places to build.. In the end the half terraformed slope always ends up looking like a goddamn quarry behind the house, but I never seem to find flat enough places to build), but the architecture looks more of an european medieval townhouses (something right out of witcher's Novigrad), rather than viking. I find myself building mostly around the A-frame, with the roofs going all the way down to the ground, where possible. Having my main house in Deep North is not conductive to much outside landscaping.. roofs (and more importantly TREES) don't get snow cover there (cause it's unfinished zone I guess), can't really plant things either (even if I could, it would look weird in the arctic), so I'm a bit out of ideas. I just built a cargo dock with a bit of a lumber yard and an area with outdoor campfire, and that's basically it... I tried spawning some fir trees, but without snow cover they just ended up looking massively out of place there.

Love your builds, I have a question though, I see in many of your videos that the HUD is gone and you are still building, how is this possible? I know how to disable the HUD but to build is another thing.

@vetlive I've got a question. I've been trying to level up my builds and I'm wondering how do you figure which roof piece you'll need, 26 or 45 degree, when joining, balcony roofs, that jet out from the main roof? I hope that question makes sense, I don't know how else to explain it.

I think he just tries different pieces till it fits, or he has built this house already and now he knows exactly what to do. I wonder if he uses mod "forever build" or not because some pieces are falling down

It's a shame that the developers of this game neglect the game and don't deliver as much as this game can.
@ShiroIsMyName
@ShiroIsMyName 3 жыл бұрын
The developers do not neglect the game, as we've seen during the various live streams, their approach on this game is "slow and steady". They are a very small team, and the game is only at it's start, let's give them a chance when they already delivered that much content.
@CreepyBlackDude
@CreepyBlackDude 3 жыл бұрын
Neglect the game? It's still in Early Access, which means it's not even finished. They're definitely still working on it, so try to wait until it's at least completed before saying they didn't deliver as much as they could have. Besides, most people only spent $20 USD and got hundreds of hours of play out of it.
