Hello Doctor! Thank you for all your wonderful videos! Question...should the unit be used over clothing or would it be all right to use it over bare skin? Also, I remember that my orthopedic surgeon said not to use vibration over my knee implant, (cobalt chrome, titanium) Your opinion?

Amazon has vibrating massaging and compression knee braces or whatever you wanna call them but they do all three. I wish I had that one, but I didn’t know they made those and I got just the vibrating and the heat, but I saw them today that do all three.

I use an Infared heat massager that’s a knee wrap. I found it helps better than anything! Infared heat goes way deeper . I think it’s increasing blood flow and that’s why I’m feeling better. My physical therapist said they work and I should use it twice a day to help the self tissue damage. Also, the swelling in my knee went down. Plus it was $50.00 on Amazon!
