Hey, I'm a sort of back yard mechanic, do all my own work. I've rebuilt my transmissions and engines and whatnot so I have a pretty good understanding of things. But whats this you're talking about damaging your clock spring? Can you please elaborate on this more? Very interested! Didn't know I could damage it this way!

That pipe in the gearbox can be a pain, I've had a couple with the union seized on the pipe, : ((
