Hey viewers, if you feel vibrations in your car when accelerating and braking and even coasting down the road, this will be the right video for you. We have this 2006 VW Jetta Front Wheel drive car. When going higher speed the car stated vibrating and the steering wheel was feeling like a tire was out of balance. The faster we went the more the vibrations. So we will show you how in our case it was a bad Drive Shaft causing the terrible vibrations. We had the feeling that the car was falling apart at higher speeds.

My car is doing the same, when i reach 80kph it starts to vibrate the steering. When i get to 100kph it will be worse esp the driver's side. When i release the gas pedal it continues to vibrate till it goes below 80kph. My initial diagnostics abt the bad inner cv were right. I will have it changed next week. Thanks for the great video.

thanks for the video changed my tires all 4 brand new michelin. still wobbling... went and got the wheels check for bends... 2 of them slightly bent.. got them fixed still wobbling. I have to change the axels both sides. 2012 Honda Accord HFP POS CAR!!! only 150,000km on it.

Yes, always had the impression that could be the drive shaft. It's a Nissan Altima 02 But now, it also vibrates when braking. Even with new rotors.

This wobble/vibration problem on my 2008 F150 turned out to be a loose clamp holding the tire pressure sensor unit on the rim of one tire! Have the shop remove the tire from the wheel and check this. And then prevent it by shimming the unit with electrical tape or wire on each side to keep it from sliding around and around the rim.

I didn’t do so well. I took it to AAA with an order to balance the wheels but said that I wasn’t sure why the car vibrated at higher speed . So I was charged for diagnostic for 2 hours and balancing each wheel (x4). It might have been that a balancing weight fell off one wheel, but had to pay for four.

I have a Subaru and just put on two snow tires in the back, I was told it could mess up the transmission but I did it anyway, I cleaned all my brakes front and back with break cleaner, they were squeaking, then after I got done and took it for a drive it started shaking really bad as soon as I got up to about 35, it shakes when I’m breaking and when accelerating but not too bad till I get up to about 36 mph, wondering if one of my weights for my tire fell off, or Mabey brake calipers getting stuck since I cleaned them, I have no idea what it is, it was driving perfect before this

My car vibrates around 70 to 80mph but only when giving gas, holding speed or letting the gas go reduces the shaking significantly. The tires have been balanced. What could it be at this point. The wheels are also good.

The most common can be Engine or Gear Mount/Foundation. Should be replaced all at once if vibrations occurs from the Driving Seat Compartment. But while accelerating it goes off. This happens when the ignition is on and car is not moving.

My 2010 avalon doing same from 35 to 45 its like rhe tires missing some parts on the road.. the drive shaft pretty tight wen i check it .. it's OK at 50 to 60 . Or wen i use cruse control. 70 it's start shaking bad again..

Good job! I got similar problems on accelerating but, only for a while between 1700-2000 RPM .. the car is Mondeo mk4 2.0 tdci... Could it be same issue?

I had problems when braking going toward my car made a clunk noise on the front right it was bothering me very much so my mechanic lift up my car and it was four loose nuts that support the plates where lower arm control rest.When swap my engine they didn't tight these nuts to their right specs.

I recently brought an Audi A4 b6 avant 1.9tdi cvt. There’s continuous vibration when it’s in park, drive, neutral and reverse and the only time it would go away is if I put the car in neutral while am driving. The vibration gets louder at higher rpm. The other issue I notice, after while of driving hard and if I switch the car off and turn it back on it would crank up straight away I have to crank few times. If anyone had any issue like this please let me know how you managed to resolve this issue.

Sometimes its transmission bearings or entire bearing housing and the only way to fix it is to change entire transmission.. On my Chevy impala i can grab axle and wiggle it up down with my hand so when i drive the car is almost jumping My wheels are shimmy too.. New rotors bearings tie rods control arms EVERYTHING you could possibly name related to suspension and sadly its inside the transmission , bearings are good no noise just lots of play like 1cm up and down like the cv axle is not even plugged in but it is

Darren Pinto I have. 2013 civic si that had bad clicking sound from bad axles. Waited for a while to replace as they were still good. afterward they got really bad. I decided to replaced them. Bought some knock off aftermarket axles I noticed vibration coming from my driver side. I was like, wtf is this. Took out axle to get an exchange. Installed new one same thing. Wtf. So tomorrow I’m taking my OEM axles to get rebuilt and just use those as they were find before those stupid aftermarket axles cane along.

Yup. First place to look. But, in general, motor mounts usually produce vibration when idling engine is put in drive (auto. trans.) and smooths out when changed to neutral.

hi I just watched your video. my Nissan Sentra 2002 has vibrating problem during hot day only. I took my car in garage but didn't get any problem and advise me to continue to drive. I had 2 front springs fitted and get a metallic grinding when on uneven roads. It's been back to the garage several times, new drop links, os rear wishbone bush, bottoms balll joints and springs but still getting the funny noise. Could it be possible something was disturbed while fitting springs or possibly the sturt mounts/bearings? When the noise happens it sounds like it's coming from the front of the car.

My 2005 VW beetle automatic Shudders only on takeoff and cin=iming to a stop. I have replaced dogbone, transmission mount and engine mount, plugs, wires and coil pack. After reaching 20mph the beetle runs great, no shaking, no vibration, no shudder. Any idea? ahve used your videos to fix other issues. thanks

Sam A engine mount tran mount Check first. Check bushings for suspension parts such as minor things like ball joint cv inner joints etc. If everything checks get ur tires balanced and ur alignment done

I need to ask one thing i got my car refix of new tensioner bearing and belt, and after that the the garage professional said the viberation inside car can be removed only have to change 4mounting pcs. But i told him that before replacement when orginal part was fixed their was no veiberation from inside car while driving but after fixing new one it started viberating.
