Hi Victoria ~ Thank you for preparing this pastry dough! I'm looking forward to using Chayote to make a Faux Apple Pie with it.😉 I'm trying Organic Apple Powder to, hopefully, ramp up the flavor along with the spices. FYI, to make rolling the cold dough out much easier after refrigeration... when you first remove the dough from the processor, shape it into a flattened disk using the plastic wrap (to prevent the dough from sticking to the counter or your hands). Thanks again for ALL of your efforts! 🙏 I'm so grateful that I found your channel! 🙋

Chayote squash faux cinnamon apple desserts are wonderful. For anyone who hasn't made it, yet, just know that the squash is best when cooked very well. When it's al dente it doesn't mimic apples quite as well. This pastry dough of Victoria's is sure to be a game changer!!! So many options already going through my head.

I made your pastry dough and a made an low carb apple pie. I used the sugar free apple filling and even made the dough strips on top 🙂 Soooooooo yummy 😋 I also made a fried hand hamburger pie but was not as fond of that. I am gonna try it again but bake it in the oven instead of frying it. I would like to make a pot pie too. So many variations that we are gonna be able to do with this dough. I took a pic of my pie so will post on the facebook once you are back on.

UPDATE! This cheesecake with Victoria's pastry dough turned out delicious! I could not have asked for a better keto dough. I was a little concerned while I was pre-baking the crust because butter was floating in the bottom. Have no fear! It all soaked back in. I did have to punch the crust down even more as it began to rise from an air bubble while baking. The faster you work with it, the easier it is to handle. Great job, Victoria!!! THANK YOU!! I just made a lemon cheesecake with this recipe. It's fresh out of the oven, so I'll have to be patient while it cools down and sets. So far, it looks gorgeous and SMELLS DELICIOUS!!! It appears to be a game changer. Can't wait for Friday's video. THANK YOU, Ms. Victoria!!!

Thank Victoria once again! I so appreciate your hard work! However, I have one BIG request. Could you please use gram/ml measurement instead of cup measurements for all your written recipes? After all your hard work to perfect your recipes, it is hard for us to replicate your recipes in Australia and other countries. Eg. Angel food cake calls for 1/2 C both sweeteners. Our cup is different to yours and each ingredient has a different density. Grams or mls are precise and work for your all your followers. Thanks so much!

Can't you just google the conversion? That's what I do for every measurement I need to convert... The internet has links for every ingredient & quantity, so it's pretty easy to just plug it in, convert it, get the quantity you need, & make a note on your recipe card of the conversion, then make the recipe... hopefully many times! Hi Victoria! I have a question about using your flour blend (if any one can answer this, please do! Thanks!). I normally try to use gram weight for ingredients in a recipe, but a cup of regular wheat flour is 120g and a cup of your keto flour is much lighter in weight. So I'm guessing that when I make some of my older recipes using your flour I should just use the cup measurements and not weight - true? Thanks!

Yes, It’s cup for cup NOT gram for gram correct 👍🏼 when substituting my flours for white flour it’s a cup for cup substitute and if u want to weigh in grams my recipe cards will say how many grams of MY FLOUR is needed for 1 cup 👍🏼

Search her channel for VKF (Victoria's Keto Flour) to find the recipe for the flour she is using. BTW - NONE of her flours (from the very first mixture to the most recent) have gluten in them.
