Hello Sarah,I am watching from the UK and am very lucky to live five minutes from a National Trust property called Wightwick Manor which houses many William Morris textiles,wallpapers etc,so it is so interesting to see your modern American interpretation of his artwork and aesthetic- the result is simply beautiful and echoes the beauty and serenity of his work.Merry Christmas to you from across the ocean.

We added an electric fireplace to our master bedroom last year for both heat and ambiance. It adds more than I could have ever imagined. We also put a Christmas tree in there a couple years ago. It is SO beautiful. Such a wonderful retreat. So relaxing. Thank you for your inspiration.

Oh my goodness best one yet!! All the charm and the subtle connections as with the pretty dress and the gentleman's silhouette print and the dancing ballerinas like echoes of a century old Christmas party is so much more meaningful and interesting than yet another carload haul of store bought stuff. *Tight Color Palette and Textiles* . For me, sticking to a tight color palette and playing with textiles transformed my styling game. I thrift and DIY for the seasons with these concepts in mind. I use what I have in new ways to create a different vibe from year to year. My Mother's comment when she walked in for Thanksgiving was; "Your home looks like it should be in magazine" , a compliment for sure. No items are precious or expensive, it's the creation of a welcoming and cozy atmosphere that works for me. *Congratulations* on your milestone, well deserved my Dear.

I love the velvet ribbon and the thrifted/diy theme. It looks like your mom must have gotten married in the 1970s. You did a beautiful job with your bedroom decor, but I was a little disappointed that you didn’t wallpaper your bedroom with William Morris wallpaper. I think that would make it so much more cozy.
