Rick, my wife and I can't stress enough how invaluable your videos have been for our growth as technicians over the past several years. By sharing your knowledge, you've given us the confidence to go far beyond the training we received from the person we bought our business from. We're doing repairs now that we never imagined five years ago. Seeing the list of videos and subjects on those spreadsheets really brings into focus the amount of time and energy you've selflessly put into guiding those of us who do want to get better. It doesn't go unnoticed that you put that time and energy into your channel knowing that the specific niche that your channel is focused on very much limits the number of subscribers and even views you're likely to receive. Thank you for your generosity to your viewers and commitment to your craft and the industry as a whole, my friend.

I've seen adverts online by some in your business who refer to themselves as "Master" this or that, and one even had the audacity to call himself a "super hero." I've never seen honesty & ability like yours anywhere else online. You are the absolute best I have ever seen, and you give your expertise away for free to all without ever bragging about it.
