Great information sir👍 I think what Vidya balan meant to say was she was allergic to certain foods like palak, and dudhi which she never knew they caused inflammation in her body. And yes food allergies is one of the major cause of inflammation in our body. We unknowingly keep on consuming some of the commonest foods to which we are allergic since they are classified as the healtiest and anti inflammatory ones...but they actually ruin our body. I m allergic to entire plant protein which includes pulses, lentils, legumes, nuts, seeds..few veggies like methi, cotiander, capsicum etc and had to take antihistamine for the same but my nutritionist just eliminated these allergic foods along with common inflammatory processed and sugary foods to bring down inflammation in my body which indicated high crp and esr.and yes it worked like magic.👍 I wud suggest people to get an allergy test done for numerous foods by an allergist to eliminate certain allergic foods and then see your body change too.👍
