Isn't gbs one ot the auto immune disease? Nobody seems to mention it when they refer to auto immune disease... I am looking for someone to help me with a good diet. I have recovered from gbs recently and seek an opinion on what diet I should follow.

Very useful information. Wasn't aware that dry eyes was bcoz of inflammation. I took eye drops for 4 months 6 times a day.. It reduced temporarily but now massaging my entire face with castor oil before bath.. I see some good signs.. I had lot of eye floaters and smoky vision.. Somewhere I had a doubt that inflammation was the cause.. But you confirmed in your video... Thanks
@Postcardsfromkashmir9 ай бұрын
What did you do for floaters
@hydrentameerpet96119 ай бұрын
Somehow I assumed that deficiency of vit B12 would increase the eye floaters and so I tested myself. whenever I take more protein I can see that the floaters are blurred out and the count is reduced and when I have a protein deficiency, the floaters become more dark in color and increase in count

To get rid of inflammation in the stomach. Boil 15 blak pepper for some time swith off add quarter tsp or so of pure grinded turmeric powder mix add 1 tsp od extra virgin coconut oil ( only extra virgin) mix drink it hot after food and don't eat or drink anything for some time. Do this for some days or weeks. Do t over do turmeric by taking too much or for too long, as too much can be harmfu. Cured my inflammation. l

Very good lecture. My internal inflamation may come from diabetes related. My A1C is 5,7 - 6.5 which may be said normal. But if I take more carb or surgar related food during holidays season, A1C goes up around 6.5. Then I feel lazy and my teeth gum starts to get pain. If it happens I start to take baby aspirin and conrol my diet and do more gym exercise to get normal. This kind of cycle repeates and the inflamation never get cured completely. I am 77 but I do not take any medicine from my primary doctor yet. My question is how to get rid of this inflamation completely.

Anti inflammatory foods include whole eggs, avocados, coconut oil, cream, ghee, butter, yogurt, animal meats and organs. We’ve been told that fat is bad, apparently it’s how our ancestors ate and had long healthy lives. Sugar, Whole grains and refined carbs, Seed oils or Vegetable oils (present in packaged foods, and restaurants) cause irritation and inflammation of the gut.
