Rebounds are a way for dumpers to get validation when they are starting to feel withdrawal of their decission and smoothly pass that no contact stage. In my case he never contacted me, it's 12 months already, he thought I will start chasing, he was bit surprised that day I will just take my stuff and let him go. He wasn't honest with me and during relationship made me very insecure by acting towards other woman, we both new by the way, very childish and was avoiding any natural closiness or kissing me when she was around. Very hurtfull, I know I should dump him🤷‍♀️ after second unclear occassion. Now working on myself but for months I was suffering, it was like a trauma bond/obsession. I had to cut soul ties with this individual to slowly start feeling at peace again.
