I saw a "The Room" screening in New York and it was the greatest experience I've had watching a movie in my entire life. There's all these rituals the most well known of which is whenever a spoon is on screen everyone yells, "SPOOOOOOOOOOOOON" and a wave of spoons that block out the sun fly across the theatre. There's another great part where Lisa is seducing Mark, and Mark says, "The candles, the music, the fancy dress, what is this about?" when in reality none of those things are actually there, so everyone responds by screaming, "WHAT CANDLES, WHAT MUSIC, WHAT DRESS". If you ever manage to see a screening, preferably one of the big ones where Tommy Wiseau or Greg Sestero are there, I would highly recommend it.

In my opinion, the "Friday" arc does kinda feels like its drags on a little too much, but it also generally regarded as the most philosophical story arcs in the series as it delves deep into human nature and psychology. But what really makes this arc so good in the game is that the devs managed to put in the brief but iconic clip of "you're tearing me apart lisa" from the 2003 anime that makes going through the Friday arc totally worth it. Also, i love how in this game expanded the end in the "Final Wednesday Crisis" arc (aka Despair of Johnny to western audiences) by allowing the player to destroy more things then what was shown from the anime to truly encapsulate the sheer anger Johnny is going through in that final chapter.

Imagine being the lady who owned and ran Anniversary Flowers & Gifts (who was actually the lady in the flower shop). It's 2003, you've spent some non-trivial proportion of your adult life struggling to keep alive your dream of opening, running, and maintaining a flower shop in the city. Then, on your normal, average business day at 3463 16th Street, some odd looking man walks in and, in an indecipherable European accent, asks if he can film a scene for his movie in your flower shop - you say yes. You shoot the scene, say the lines he gave you, and just as soon as came he is gone. Life goes on, and you eventually forget this event ever occured. Years go by. Your business was unsuccessful and your flower shop has long since been closed. You've retired and life drags on. One of your friends or family bring to your attention a movie that's achieving cult-status and you and your flower shop are a stand-out scene in it. People have even started to review this film on KZbin, discussing and critising the very lines you spoke, despite your obliviousness to their significance as you spoke them. What an odd happening, indeed. Fast forward a few more years and now you come to hear that film you're in is not only more popular but now there is a model of yourself and your old flower shop in a video game based on it. What's even crazier is that you are also portrayed by an actor cast to play you in your old flower shop in a film by James Franco which achieved substantial commercial success and accolades. Perhaps you even took friends or family to see "The Disaster Artist" in theaters just to experience the surreality of seeing yourself portrayed in a major motion picture - all for the mere simple act of saying "yes" to that guy who walked into your shop more than a decade ago...

So I had a stupid theory about why everyone is always so nice to Johnny. Of course this only applies to the game here. That reason is, everyone besides, Lisa, Mark, and the Boss are aware of Johnny's rage mode and do what they can to keep Johnny happy in order to avoid his rage induced tantrum. As we see, he killed several people while blinded by rage, the boss being one of those killed by Johnny. Lisa refused to give in to being kind to Johnny and in turn she got several people killed while ended up leading Johnny to suicide. So in a way, Lisa is the hero and the Villain. A hero for freeing everyone from a monster that is Johnny, but a villain for destroying a man who just wanted to be happy. Again, this is a very stupid theory, please don't take this serious at all. I mainly wrote it for shit and giggles....
