Zachary French I mean...he owns a valet company not a freaking airline.
@Kromaatikse4 жыл бұрын
@@arjunyg4655 It wasn't the terminology that an actual pilot would use, but I understood what he was getting at. The "heating element" at the front of the wing would be the de-icing equipment; the leading edge is where most of the ice builds up in flight. There are versions of that using heating (generally a bleed of hot air from the nearest engine) and others that use pneumatic boots. I don't know which one a Gulfstream uses. The "avionics" at the back of the wing would actually be the flight control surfaces - on the wing those would be the ailerons, flaps, and brake spoilers. Avionics would actually refer to the "aviation electronics" that are in the vicinity of the cockpit, and include navigation equipment, flight instruments, radios, and so on. Definitely expensive to damage, but you're unlikely to crash into them without writing off the entire airframe.

I found this channel 2 days ago and binge watched ever since. But Alex is imho the best storyteller, he's not the least agitated when telling even the most cringeworthy accidents by his employees, I just love watching him keeping his cool when talking about the driver hitting a 40m $ plane ;)

Anybody wanting to start their own business- regardless of whatever it may be- should be required to see Alex's video here on VINwiki first. Never in a million years would you think all these nightmare scenarios would ever occur. The lockbox incident was a one in a million situation, but the Lear Jet.......man, the odds of that ever happening is miniscule, but as we can see, not impossible!

I think I laughed this whole video. I have worked with Alex during school breaks for 2 years now. Prestige is a great company, but of course, there will be some hiccups. Great video, i'd love to see more in the coming years.

People with major education dont wanna be parking cars after they're educated because they more than likely worked as a valet going through school as a majority of valets are.

Loved the Suburu outback story. Can tell this guy has always been a good person. Just goes to show always be humble, dont be smug, ever! because the guy in the toilets selling aftershave could employ another 20 sales people earning way more than your 9-5 wasteman self.

I love this channel because there are so many people who are successful at the American Dream. They all had a vision, a passion and followed it into the sunset. It's really inspiring! More money more problems as they say! The new problems are way more fun than the old problems it sounds!

Nice stories, my uncle owned a valet company and one of our clients was the Queen City Club in Cincinnati...a millionaire/big shot club in the city...the stories we could share...people taking the wrong cars, etc. Good stuff, keep up the good work, people underestimate the money to be made in the business.

Reminds me of me of me a little. I work at a truck stop at night. Not for the paycheck but because I can use the entire place and utilize everything they have here plus I get to network. It’s a priceless position for me. I can’t tell you how many times people ask me if I’m interested in a job, they tell me it pays more then I thankfully decline the offer. They then feel a certain way. Little do they know they are judging my situation and have no clue I probably make about 4 times the amount of money they do during the day. I always have truck drivers that try and talk me into driving a truck. Ask why I wouldn’t do, pays more then my desk job at the truck stop. I never explain myself. I live modest. No need to be flashy. They will all be working the rest of their lives as I’m done working 9-5 forever
