Vinyl Wrapping My 2023 Manual Toyota Supra KPMF Gloss Indulgent Blue In 10 Minutes!

👋 Check out the full time lapse video of wrapping my brand new manual transmission Toyota Supra! I chose to wrap the Supra in a beautiful shade of blue. KPMF Gloss Indulgent Blue really pops on the Supra and makes this car stand out! This is all of the time lapse footage of wrapping the Supra myself in the garage. Took about 5 days worth of work and was a challenging car to wrap for sure! Stay tuned for the end of the video for the ultra cinematic clips of the final product! This video has 10 minutes of time lapse footage starting from the beginning and shows every panel I vinyl wrapped in KPMF Gloss Indulgent Blue and then the last few minutes of the video are filmed with cinematic and rollers of the Supra with it's new vinyl wrap! Love how it turned out and the design came together very well! Loving the now look on my manual Supra! Might be the first manual Supra with a full vinyl wrap!

Yeah and since the paint is graphene coated. When I peel the wrap off the paint will still look so good!

you made this look almost effortless, this kind of project feels so scary to jump into, but I bet it has to feel so gratifying lol. Plus you saved thousands. Great job. I love how the roof original paint is still exposed. I have a stratosphere blue, I'm thinking of getting the roof wrapped black like how yours is, such a cool design.

Yeah this was a ton t knock out! Every time I finished a panel, I’d just stare at it and was blown away that I was 1 step closer to finishing 😂. Definitely fun to take on!

Amazing work. I'm over here weeked warrioring improving my polishing and paint corrections and then I see you apply your own vinyl wrap. Boss move. That mst downpipe is still sounding really good.

Damn, I wish I had those gloves.. I did it with just Squeegee and knife less tape.. was frustrating to say the least.. those gloves look very… handy

Yeah the gloves helped out so much for the large sections. Less risk of putting a crease in the vinyl while pushing bubbles out. Definitely useful!

All my cuts were away from the cars edge. But a calm hand goes a long way! I've done lots of vinyl work over the last 10 years, so a bit of experience goes a long way.

You might need a bit more since I didn't do the roof. Maybe start with 5x35 and see if you need more at all

How did you know how much Vinyl to cut for each panel?

Just measure the panel and measure how much vinyl will cover it.

Leave the plate area black? Then you'd see a black square on the bumper. Easy enough to make it blue.

No wrap does. I bought a roll 5ft by 30ft and just cut pieces to size

Impressive work and really loved the new look! But I'm pretty sure this is not a project I would do myself lol. Might be a good idea to add ppf to the front, since vinyl wrap doesn't help protect it from the rock chips.

Yeah it's a big project! I had PPF on my last Supra. You end up seeing all the lines. So I just did the coating on the paint. At least the wrap will protect against small things tho

I did it over the course of a week. Couple hours a day. First time doing a full color change wrap on a full car. But I've done several wrap jobs over rate years on small parts

Why would you wrap your car? That’s a total waste of time. The black was sharp. It was like Batman. Now it looks like RICHARD SIMMONS tights color. This improved your life 0 pct.

Just because you think something is a waste of time, doesn’t mean that’s true for everyone. To me, this wasn’t a waste of time at all. This was a project I have wanted to work on for a long time and something I enjoy. Being able to wrap an entire car is a pretty cool skill to have and I absolutely love how it came out. That’s the beauty of enjoying life, you do what you want. If you don’t want to wrap a car, that’s fine, but it’s not a waste to people who do. Same goes for anything else in life. We all have goals and what we want to do, you put effort into the things that are important to you. I had fun and love the outcome, that’s all that matters..
