Hi Viomi! I love this product, as it cleans and mops superior to other vacuums I've owned. There is a small problem when transitioning from hard floor to carpet. The vacuum cleaner lifts the carpet slightly with its side brush and push it around. Do you have a fix for this? 🙂

Hello! Why the water tank that I bought from mi store has only 200ml capacity? I bought viomi v3 max.

That's normal, it has an initial 200ml water capacity which was also indicated in official specs. You can extend it buying an extra 700 ml optional tank.
