Chloe is an incredible dancer. First time seeing her on your videos. Great dynamics and sharpness in her movements. Each section is so well put together. I love watching these. The lame ducks at the end😂

Does anyone else watch these videos of impossibility talented ballet dancers whilst in bed, with every muscle tensed in passive support? Then get up to the bathroom convnvinced they can piquet turn all the way there and back? But can't... amazing, fabulous. Beautiful dancing.

My ballet teacher as a child made us learn and know what every term meant in English. I didn't realize that that wasn't a normal thing until I got a bit older and started going to workshop and intensives.
Love that Melanie smiles every time she's performing for the camera

Huh isn’t the tombe pique what is usually done for pique turns? It’s like you repeat the tombe pique a few times continuously then wont it be pique turns?
@BladeofterrasenАй бұрын
No. For pique turns you directly step up on your standing leg. There’s no tombe/fall before pique turns. Though you can do combinations that are both pique turns and then tombe piques. Both of those turns were always my favourite as a dancer.

The kitri performance was too slow. The dancer needs more pizzazz. It’s not about perfectly completing the variation like a robot. It’s about flamboyance and flair.
