I love that she said that about her not being an influencer, and that she hopes the sudden interest in her will transfer over into making new fans of shooting sports. That’s a great thing to say, and has made me a bigger fan of the sport. I’ll be following the non-Olympic competitions from now on.

I like the fact that she did not embrace all the social media but instead encourage people to take up the sport she was very humble in a little apologetic because you did not earn the gold medal and will be waiting for her in LA 2028 again congratulations to her accomplishment🎉

The more she talks the more I love her. I love the fact that she wasn’t satisfied with the silver. I also love the fact that she’s not on social media. she is an athlete not an influencer

I honestly wouldn't want to be an influencer in SK either. Great seems down to earth and very clearly has a love for her sport, hope she manages to get that gold next time.

2016 - 2023 said she fell out of love with the sport but really they were her John Wick years, but she can't talk about that.

I'm happy that she won a silver medal in 10m, but I was expecting her to also get a medal in 25m, given she has the world record.

I’ve noticed it got slightly less bad for me over the last couple of weeks. But before that, almost everything aside from fawning praise was getting deleted it felt like. And it’s still awful in general. The whole way they deal with it needs to change. So you have an opportunity to rephrase whatever they think is bad before you commit to the comment and potentially lose it.

In Korea, shaking hands with both hands carries a meaning of respect. This custom originates from the traditional Korean clothing, which had long sleeves, so people would hold them to keep them from moving. Not only for handshakes, but also when pouring drinks or handing over objects, both hands are used. This gesture signifies respect for the other person.
