Hi Michelle, came across your videos and they are great. Very informative! I recently was wrenching on my car and smashed my thumb on the concrete, right on the first knuckle. It still hurts a month later only when I move it certain ways. It does not hurt at all when doing basic activities, mostly when gripping hard. Is this likely a bruise or a fracture?

Go to your local orthopedic clinic and get an xray (and CT if ordered). Without that you shouldn't do any exercises.

I’m currently in a cast because I recently broke my ulnar, I have 2 pins in my hand and it is really painful if I try to move my knuckles.Does anybody know why this happens because I’m having trouble with these exercises😢
