The problem is that you have ozone leaking where the hose goes in the bag! Not good, ozone will destroy the machine, Resmed will tell you this!

Sounds like a bad unit. Virtuox is pretty good on warranty issues. If you contact the company that you purchased the unit from, they should be able to deal with a warranty claim for you.

I will assume the c-pap container that holds water must be emptied and dried??? the c-pap cleaner can sanitize both the tube and the canister???

Can you clean both at the same time now?

Hello i just saw this video that gives great information but i have a question i would like to know if it could be possible to buy 2 of cpap cleaner so they could work at the same time 1 for the machine and the other one to clean the mask😀😊

As long as you follow the proper usage you will be good to go. They have been tested to be safe.

All i hear ozone will hurt the machine but just how much ozone does this put out.

I will have to ask about the volume of ozone that is being put out, but it is true that Ozone can cause oxidation of mechanical parts. That is one nice thing about the Virtuclean. You can use it on your mask and tubing without it having to run through your machine. It certainly doesn't have a significant affect on the Mask and Tubing portion.

I'm not really intrested in the mask or tube, i have wipes for mask and solution for tank & hose. It's what might be in side the machine that concerns me.

Understood. Well it will definitely kill 99.9% of anything living in the machine. And to be honest there isn't much other way of cleaning the inside of the machine, other than the Water Chamber of course.

You do have to press and hold the Orange Button until you hear it beep. Then it will turn on. If that doesn't happen then the battery may be dead. In that case plug in the power supply to make sure that the VirtuClean has a charge.
