I mean, to be fair, he seemed to have a much more plausible story than the others. It could very well be that the college was set up to scam foreigners, noted the man did not enroll for further studies, and decided to boot him out of the country to eliminate the risk of him snitching. I think the last guy was at one of these fraudulent colleges too, but continuing to pay so they cooperated with him. He was quite obviously defrauding the system and did not deserve to be let in.

Even very recently, some universities have resorted to impose blanket bans on indian students. Some have shut down english language programs for indian students and have placed restrictions based on age/marital status. 700 indian students were found with fake offer letter in canada only last year. In USA, an Indian student spectacularly forged transcripts, testimonials and even own father’s death certificate (who was very much alive) to get a full ride in an uni. The rampent fraud done by the community when it comes to h1b, LMIA, IELTS etc is now known worldwide. Even some of the comments point it out how forged credentials are used by the people of that particular nation very often. The facts speak for itself. As for the questions about his study history, whilst it was suspicious that he kept saying 'I don't know', I have to admit when I arrive on cross-continent flights, completely exhausted and hungry, I can barely recall my own name or today's date.
