My city in the United States has many houses that have fallen down and many more that are in the process of falling down. Many houses that should be be condemned are being rented out to people with no other options. The poverty rate is 28.9% in the county I live in the UNITED STATES. When I go to the nearest large city, I always see homeless people begging for money/food at many intersections. I think these buildings definitively need painting etc. like most here do, but that doesn't mean the foundation and structure are not ok. The vacant ones need renovating but this is probably a very old building because all the surrounding buildings are in great shape. If you watch all of the video, you see how nice the occupied apartments are on the inside. These would cost over a million dollars each in the US, even the vacant ones.
Every Family Has a Sky Garden, meaning every household living in the high-rise can have their own garden. wowow! a unique architecture.
