I am eating,Oranges,Bananas.Also,cut out Hamburgers,Red meat,No Baked goods or Ice cream.Only cook with extra virgin oil,Raw Garlic is good.

I am 49, and have similar report (triglycerides 275) . I started to walk 3-4 miles everyday, skip breakfast and eat at 11am. Dinner before 7pm. More fiber foods, less chappati (2) and rice.. avoid junk food in between meals. It worked for me to levels in controls.
