Nice! This is actually good, I mean, I was freaking out when you added in 8tsp of chia seeds but as soon as you said this is for 4 servings this made a whole lotta sense, I would say, its typically around 350-400 calories which is perfect for a breakfast the best thing though, is you're not stuffing your face with refined carbs or sugar,Which is Brilliant! and Thanks for this amazing recipe,Cheers 👍

@VismaiFood, saw in few videos that, seeds need to be activated first (add water, wait again water till they swell) then add to any milk or else they might cause gastric or constipation so which is right way
