@iLastStar5 ай бұрын
@@G73Server yea buddy I don't see the relevance in you pointing this out to me..? The poster, Topboyz, said "every like, I do a pushup" = he's depending on others to gauge how many pushups to do AND depending on whether the likes are 0 to >1 (more than one in case you are not able to understand mathematical expressions) to do OR *not do* pushups. Which is very problematic because! Why is he waiting on the random variable # of likes from Stranger (!!) to do something that would better him! Hence my reply to him, reiterating what was taught in the video, that he should be primarily thinking of doing something, that is beneficial for him, for himself! Not at the accord of others. Thanks though, for expanding on the other lesson taught- because yea, I agree as well (and never disagreed, although I didn't mention because it was not pertinent in my reply to the poster).

This speech is a powerful reminder that we all have the capacity to overcome our struggles and transform into the strongest version of ourselves. The message about embracing pain as a teacher and facing fears head-on really resonates. It’s in those moments of discomfort that true growth happens. I've been applying this mindset in my own journey, especially through the Habit10x Sense of Humor Improvement Program. Keeping things light and finding humor, even in tough situations, has made pushing through obstacles a bit more fun. Every challenge is a chance to rise stronger. Here's to pushing our limits and claiming the greatness that’s always within us!

2024 was the absolute worst year of my life up to this point. In 2025, I will complete 2 Spartan Trifectas, ending with my additional 50K Race this Nov. On top of that, I signed up for a local Half-Marathon in my area as well as a 72 Mi run literally running across the entire shoreline of Lake Tahoe this Oct ( that’s an overnight run! ). Going 100% plant-based with my diet has helped tremendously to renew my mind and change my relationship with food. No more chasing of a temporary high or escaping with toxic foods anymore. Just facing everything and rising like the phoenix. Nothing is impossible for you to overcome unless you will allow your mind to give you a reason to. Your limitation are within that mind. And to God, it is what you do right now in this moment that matters. Not what you did in your past. That doesn’t define you. So get out there and go after it!
