Dear brother, this is Ravi from Southindia, Chennai ,tamilnadu, India, this video is about to increase your vitamin B12, he explained about how to improve your B12, and iron level by natural food, which you took every day in your day today life, now I came to explain what he said in cut short, 1: Take a spoon of coconut vergin oil every day morning in empty stomach, if you take in the night also before you sleep(two times a day ) it will help you to overcome your constipation problem alongwith improvise your B12 vitamin level.
