Actually 11am to 2pm is the best time for south indians skin....because it takes more light to penetrate our skin..since melanin is more for south indians..for foreigners just 15 mins daylight is enough since melanin is less for them

Take a test and know. Vitamin b12 injections can help. Monitor regularly
