As a sufferer of peripheral neuropathy pain in my legs, I so much appreciate your strait forward, and honesty on what works and what doesn't. Instead of "Wing of bat, And eye of nute." Thanks.

Hi Nurse I would like to give you a big hug, I 83 and had Nueropathy since 12/12/23. I have always kept it go shape , so I was surprised to learn that I had Nueropathy, I did Go to my doctor, and he said I can give me medication, and for my balance as that was affected, but on reading the side effects, the first one on the possible side effects was alzheimers, well I would rather be dead. On taking your advice to the good news is I am 60%. better , I take b1, b6, b12, R-Alpha lipolic Acid, Magnesium citrate 750mg. And crill oil. You are a blessings keep the good work up, I also would like to give Bruno a hug I cannot thank you enough ❤ my god bless you x

Neuropathy can have many sources, like nerve impingement which can also occur many places. Mine is at the last vertebra and the coccyx . I've seen the solutions. Movement, hydration and mineral balance are crucial. Potassium and iodine are always low. The recommended doses are hundreds of ties too low. Go study.

I started to have a bit of tremor after taking 20mg of the p5p form of B6 for several days. I wonder why?

I feel the tremors too. Do you have it after covid? Do you have balance problems? Can you feel your pulse under your feet?
@leejimmy2209
@leejimmy2209 20 күн бұрын
@@user-ey5tl5vq8w Yes except for feeling my pulse under my feet. I was originally taking P5P to help with anxiety but it actually made my anxiety problem worse, and that contributed to a host of symptoms including tremors and loss of balance.

For the last 2 years I have imbalance while walking. It is due to complete exhaustion of vitamin B12. Injections and B12 supplements are being taken. B12 is normal at present. But the imbalances still continue. No problem is noticed in scan reports. Is it peripheral neuropathy? If it is so what I have to do doctor? I am aged 72

I had balance problems after Covid. At the beginning of the infection, I tested my b12 level and it was over 600. But after that I ate a lot of supplements with b12, d3k2mk7, magnesium and it is better, but sometimes I experience brain fog, heartbeat throughout the body and balance disorders as if I had a hangover. I had it non-stop before. Additionally, for months I felt so exhausted that I couldn't get out of bed. Now I train and walk, but I wouldn't ride a bike yet. After covid I also had chronic sinusitis and ETD - the red lamp helped with that. I lost the entire fall and winter recovering. Sometimes I have pain around my tailbone - the doctor said it was also caused by Covid.

No mention of benfotiamine in this vid? Is there a specific reason for this as it is heavily covered by almost ALL other influencers when addressing the subject of PN?

You had me at "...living rats." Just found your channel and really enjoy it. Love your sense of humor. First watched your video on castor oil for PN. Ordered some as soon as I finished watching. It'll be here later this morning. Days like today, I think KZbin and Amazon are God's greatest gift to humankind. And popcorn.

🤜⚡💥⚡🤛 My foot neuropathy stems from spinal spondylolisthesis [broken spinal process in lower back that then allows nerves to be pinched. There are ways to mitigate the symptoms such as tilting hips forward to open the rear portion of the disc. See video 'How to Walk and Run with Stenosis or Spondylolisthesis | Posture Correction - KZbin'] 🤜⚡💥⚡🤛

You mean the tailbone? I've also been having a problem with this since the Covid infection. I still felt my heart beating at a normal pace, but I could feel it throughout my whole body. And sometimes I feel like I'm walking on a drawbridge.

Heck there is cyanide in lots of natural things. Apple seeds are one. Look at what your animals can't eat and you'll find out a lot. 😂thank you for debunking these guys. It's so frustrating. I can only imagine how it is for you

Quite honestly I couldn't believe how rampant that little click bait gem is on social media. Just couldn't understand how someone who supposedly has a degree in human biology and speaks on this regularly would make that mistake. It aggravates me to no end! D

I take the methyl form. I cannot break down the other due to that annoying gene MTHFR. I swear i loved my doctor explaining the nick name it gets in medical school. Since changing i am noticing a massive difference in my energy. It's been an issue for over 20 years.
