In this full-body kettlebell routine we perform a total of 7 body exercises and 7 kettlebell exercises in a span of 7 min!
It is tabata training where we perform each functional exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest until completing the 14 circuit exercises.
functional exercises are as follows:
1.burpee 2.single kb swing 3.hand release push ups 4.kettlebell squat swing 5.kb atomic crunches 6 & 7. static lunges 8.kettlebell high pull 9. kb goblet squat 10.kb push ups
11.kettlebell swing 12. kb calf raises 13. kb ballistic rows 14.kettlebell hike swing
