Here is my Noble shoe story....I have been watching your videos for a while now and looked into Carlos Santos brand and the Noble Shoe store. Yesterday, I ordered a pair online and literally 3 minutes after I clicked ‘pay’. I received a call from an unknown number in Sweden. I answered it. You see, I put a question about US vs. UK size in my comment to the seller and he responded..... in 3 minutes....from Sweden and it was Kostas. He was as polite as can be. He explained the sizing and asked if I owned any AE and what size they were. He then provided me with equivalent Carlos Santos Chelsea Boot size. He was so nice to talk to and was extremely helpful. Hell yeah another video! I can't wait for this recession to blow away and buy more shoes from Kostas, he's an awesome guy! I was in Sweden in December and he invited me to drop by his work to visit. Unfortunately I didn't have enough days in Stockholm to visit him but next time I'm in Sweden I'll make time! I've bought 2 pairs from thenoboleshoe, one is the handg rade adelaide coming soon and the other one is the Carlos Santos take on the Edward Green Galway boots. Excellent video and stunning shoes sir! One point to note if i may...welt fudging is the indentations on top of the welt made by a fudging wheel and pinking produces those beautiful serrated edges on the leather 👍🏾👍🏾

They look great and fit well. The finish on the uppers and the painted lowers is beautiful. Your discount code did work. That has allowed me to discover many great mens dress shoe makers I’ve never heard of or knew including Carlos Santos and Sons of Henrey in particular. I’ve discovered Kostas and his Noble Shoe Store as well Mehra Shoes a bit closer in Vancouver where can also buy Carlos Santos shoes. Since I found your website just over a year ago I had a real small shoe collection, good shoes in good leather condition but not of the quality shoes you review. Watched many your vids and settled in the shoe range of $350 - $600 or less. Carmina, Sons of Henrey, Carlos Santos was in my price range and have discovered a few more shoes since. But since that time I’ve had a customized pair of Sons of Henrey shoes made by Tom and his crew a sweeping double monk on a beautiful Hoween sienna hatchgrain with Norwegian welting. My very first pair of custom shoes. I recently picked up another shoe a pair of boots from Sons of Henrey the Byron Field Boots on a beautiful calf leather grain my second pair from SoH. Also recently also finally picked up my very first pair of Carlos Santos from Mehra store a really nice pair of wingtips (just like the shoe in this video) leather boots with brouging. I have yet to pickup my first pair of Carmina but it’s in the works. I owe much of this to you and other shoe reviewers. But it was here on this channel I started learning about quality shoes, shoe makers and all the different shoes and where to look as well why wear good quality shoes. Thanks for making a difference in my shoe knowledge and wearing better quality shoes. Carlos Santos are really great and stylist shoes.

What’s up, bro? The shoes are gorgeous indeed. This leather is different from a museum leather as it doesn’t come that way from the leather factory. Museum is accomplished by a pretreated process to give the leather that marbling effect. This is all done by painting the crust leather afterwords by hand. I hope that makes sense.

Hey man. That zigzag tooth design on the edges where the leather is stitched is called pinking or gimping. As I’m sure you know, fudging is the lines on the top of the welt. Thought you might want to know the distinction for future reviews.

YouGetSoAlone this last is 2-3 mm wider than a regular Last so if you size up half you could potentially get a decent fit. The widest lasts from CS are the 397, 333 followed by the 316!

Definitely prefer the Santos. Beautiful patina. I don't see the colour as brown though; to me it's marron, which is a kind of burgundy with undertones of grey & brown. The zig-zagging is called 'pinking' as far as I know.

What’s up, Curtis? It’s funny as wingtips were the shoes that got me into Menswear. I don’t really love regular wingtips anymore but this is my 3rd Austerity Brogue. The sizing on the first one from Vass didn’t work too well so I sold it. @@v_r_ PRECISELY! Those shoes are covering a large spectrum of Browns with that SICK Classic hand painted patina!.. SHARP! Then they turned it up with the leather edges (fudging) being cut with class, yet no holes which would bring them down to my level! Movie night kicks. Cigar lounge kicks, relaxing quick stroll through the park shoe!.. in stead they kept it classy, office level, nice event classy!.. Almost as if someone who likes CapToe functionality shoes ordered these!🤔😆 Aye You win with these, even pulled the tug of war rope onto your side of the line!.. I fell in love the first time I saw those Carlos Santos on The Noble Shoe! I really need to budget and buy a pair from The Noble Shoe, being a Portuguese I need to represent the flag, and what better way then a pair of Carlos Santos Handgrade. Also Vladimir, wright "Guimarães" and "Coimbra" on google translator, put it on Portuguese and listen to the pronunciation. It's not that hard to pronounce (I think), but your slaughtering the names completely. Hi Vladimir, I like this shoes, the last, the edges, the crafting and finally the polish. One thing I do not like is the sketch of the wingtips. I feel like it makes the toe looks longer. You can compare it with Mmagnanni Roda wingtip. Also, if the shoes have perforation it would make it more beautiful. Intro!

Another great video Vladimir. Very nice shoes. Have you ever heard a of a company out of Vietnam named CNES Shoemaker? ( I think they are sold out of Singapore). I got routed to their website the other day, the shoes look good and seemed reasonably priced, but I don't know what the quality is. Just thought i would ask.
