This woman obviously has a chip on her shoulder if mothers allegations are 99% true then why the need for fact finding or is she implying that a man is already guilty once a woman raises allegations. I'm a father that my ex has come into this country believing once she raises allegations of domestic violence she will be believed now all the paper work has come to surface all her conflicting evidence is clear from even the solcial services that said her case is closely related to leave to remain. So sorry to this channel cos not all women that say domestic violence is telling the truth

Perhaps you are that 1% of falsely accused, or perhaps you are in the other 99% that are in denial. Whichever it is, no single mother would shun the chance of shared parenting if there was a good co parent. Period ! Sorry but she's 100% right. The need for fact finding is because DV occurs behind closed doors and goes unreported because of fear, so there is no proof until such proceedings occur. That is why Fact Findings are there not because so many mothers lie. This is just another narrow minded opinion set to undermine the purpose of this vlog.

What about sexual abuse allegations, our social worker has decided he thinks its just inappropriate play, but I disagree, what can I do. I assume the court just go off what social services have decided

You are a knowledgeable family solicitor. Sad to hear that you had an unsuccessful marriage. I hear this often that insecure young women are attracted to young men that are not suitable for marriage material. Some might object to me saying "I hear this often". To young people. Always ask your parents for advice before committing with someone. It made sense why the majority of your videos are negative about men. God be with you and hope this unpleasant hurdle bypass.
