Tip for the fireplace that you can’t have a real fire in - get a bunch of fake candles (long / wide ones) and stick them in there! Or just real candles that you need to light. I did this at my old apartment and it gave really cosy vibes 😌

Also, just a suggestion but I think the rug in the living room should be switched around with green tartan the one from the guest bedroom as then the cushions you have already would match and work better and it would look more like the look your are going for I think the rug is throwing off the style you want x
