From a cold Ireland I must attest that, eventhough we've got the 4 seasons in 1 day syndrome here, I know when I have my shower in the evening I can rub my body skincare in without worrying about staining my day clothes. If I want to do a face mask I can just relax & enjoy.

Happy Easter! I am so glad I found your channel. I never had acne all my life but suddenly broke out at the age of 25 last year because I used argan oil on my face. Now my skincare has shifted from DIY masks and scrubs to a simple fragrance-free, cleanser, moisturizer, serum, and sunscreen routine. Blue Dawn dish liquid will get those greasy sunscreen stains out...if you've not noticed it and it's sat for a while, Dawn is awesome at getting it out.

Good morning Dr. Dray from Vista, CA!! You are really looking good. Your skin is glowing. One suggestion: Coffee stales very very quickly, so only have one, fresh lb. on hand at a time for peak fresh taste. My daughter is a coffee blogger connoisseur and has taught me so much about how best to enjoy the subtle notes of very freshly roasted coffee. Here in San Diego a great local roaster is Dark Horse and they ship anywhere! Enjoy!!

Talk about crime and parking lots. And this might be a tad unrelated due to the circumstances, but I'll share it anyway. In Belgium this elderly (80s) lady politely remarked to a younger gentleman to please keep his distance in the supermarket (social distancing/Covid) and he waited for her to finish her groceries, followed her out to the parking lot and shoved her to the ground so hard she broke her pelvis and left her to fend for herself. Yes, that truly happened! I know that I am not remarking on things in this day and age ever again. Me and mom always wear gloves to our Aldi, and a lady behind us had to wait until we had left that area of the cooling section to get at her things. We couldn't find the ham and so had to "dig" a bit. She went, "I wish you wouldn't touch everything. If you touch it you need to buy it." (Yeah a whole box of bacon, I don't think so.) I told her we were wearing gloves, and that the cashier also touched her things as well as the stockists. She was having none of it, and got so angry. All because she had to wait. Yeah... sad times we're living in.

I stopped carrying a purse and use a fanny pack to relieve stress on my neck. It's great! I need a new one though i bought mine at Walmart and sometimes it unlatches. It's pretty noticeable when it does though. My orthopedist said that was a good idea to stop carrying the purse.

Madfit is my go to here on youtube!! I used to shower twice sometimes 3 times a day because i live in the tropics now if its not too hot n humid i only shower at night. Wash my face maybe do a facial massage because i retain a lot of water it really shows on my face.

I shower twice a day. Shave and wash the face and crevices at night. I wash my hair in the morning. It works for me because my MS makes showers exhausting. I’m both heat and cold intolerant. Heat causes spacicity and exhaustion, but cold makes my pain receptors go crazy. It’s no biggie... That’s just one of the many work arounds . AND I have super thick hair so if I wash at night I go to bed and wake up with wet hair. No thanks.

It’s nice starting the day watching you! I am currently comparing the Thrive and Glossier mascara. ImI have short, straight lashes and not much of it. I personally like the Glossier better. It looks more natural and more “fluffy.” Thrive is a wetter formula and I can’t seem to make my lashes fuller looking with Thrive. Only thing I wish Glossier offered is a bit darker black color.
