Hey Tyler! I noticed you were also making hard boiled eggs. Here's a tip to make the peeling process take less than a minute: you should add your room temp eggs when the water is at a full RAPID BOIL. Carefully use a spoon or a ladle to slide in the eggs. This type of evironment will cause the egg white to rapidly denature. And pull away from the membrane. Making it a million times easier to peel! Once your eggs are done, throw them into an ice bath. Voilà!

You guys need to do a 12 days of Christmas that showcases different ways to make eggs. Also- as someone who grew up tapping since the age of 5 I’m very impressed that you had never tap danced before.
