VMRC: Body found near Factory Point confirmed as man who fell overboard in Hampton

The body found off of Factory Point and Grandview Beach on Saturday has been confirmed as the man who fell off of his boat while going after a fishing net, according to the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC).
