Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than Ten(10) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato,whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from USA 🇺🇸 "Dears" Forever ❤️ Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. "The song Sinful Passion, was first performed in 1998 by the Kazakh group A’STUDIO and gained leading positions in the CIS charts. Sinful love soon visibly materialized in the clip with soloist Batyrkhan Shukenov. The talented vocalist left the band in 2000. Without the lead singer, “Sinful Passion”, recorded with the help of an English producer, lay in obscurity for nearly 20 years, never becoming a worldwide hit until Baigali Serkebaev seized it. He offered Dimash to play it in 2018, twenty years after its premiere. The words of the song are the inspiration of the famous poet and composer, People's Artist of Russia and Ukraine Ilya Reznik. Group A - Studio in 2018 celebrated its 30th anniversary. For his great contribution to the development of the culture of the republic, Baigali Serkebaev was awarded the title of Honored Art Worker of Kazakhstan (here he plays the keyboard). Dimash can be safely called a magician. By the power of his voice and talent, the composition about sinful love came to life out of nowhere."

Love your comments. Dimash draws us in. Even if he sings the same song, he will make changes. No song is ever the same. He just gave us Stranger at New Wave. We never heard him sing this low. He has sung a vocaliese before but we never heard anything like Ave Maria(New Wave). See you next time. The person doing the percussion is now a part of Dimash’ band. This song is an old song. A member of the band sang it. He has since died. The band is the original band and they are from Kazakhstan.

Dimash ‘stole’ the percussionist after this performance to be part of his DQ Band. This song was a hit for A-Studio (the band accompanying Dimash here) in the late 90’s. If you listen to that song though, it’s nothing at all like Dimash’s version! You would not believe that Dimash would turn it into this absolute masterpiece! He did get a perfect score in his master’s degree for composition, so it’s not at all surprising, that he can take any song and make it epic!

Although this song seems written for Dimash, this was a cover by Dimash of a song done originally by A-Studio - a Kazakh group. The pianist and guitarist were both from this group. The original singer tragically passed a few years ago and the “yodelling” section was added by Dimash because it is a traditional lament and he added it out of respect for the late singer. I personally love the verse when Dimash brings the vocals up and the cello joins in accompaniment. So gorgeous!
@boydmccollum6922 жыл бұрын
True, but from the Aria part (where he goes into his falsetto) until the end was not part of the original (at least the version I heard when I checked). Also for the common portions of the song, it seems to have been tailored for Dimash.
@cynthiabruce-marzenska50242 жыл бұрын
@@boydmccollum692 true. I make a habit of listening to the original artists once I’ve heard Dimash‘s version of a song. There are a few songs where Dimash has heavily interpreted in line with the original artists (mostly anything by Lara Fabian Dimash seems to respect her style greatly), but often the original artists couldn’t do what Dimash does and the songs are adapted to suit Dimash’s style and range. Doesn’t change that the songs predate Dimash’s involvement, just means that Dimash is talented enough to understand how to tailor the songs he sings to his own abilities. Cheers!

Thanks for a great reaction and technical analysis. Sinful Passion was originally written and performed in 1998 by a Russian-based Kazakh band called A-Studio. They accompanied Dimash for this performance. At the end of the video, the gentleman in white who gave him a standing ovation is Igor Krutoy, a famous Russian composer, who's written several amazing songs for Dimash. The interesting vocal style Dimash used towards the end of the song is called a vocal trill which is a classical technique and is the least familiar of the vocal manoeuvers. A singer with an even, rapid trill is a rarity. The director of the Rossini Opera Festival, Alberto Zedda has opined in an interview that the "widespread technical deficiency", the inability to trill, is a source of "frustration and anguish". Dimash modified the traditional vocal trill by adding a Yakuti yodel technique to it and he did it to perfection. It’s wonderful that he’s introduced this classical technique into a pop song for the benefit of the non-classical world.

What you said about Dimash's voice having its own identity is so true. Of all of the "voices", timbres and colors he uses, they are all distinctly his voice. None sound like an imitation. His originality was there from a very early age, which is extraordinary. I just listened to some early karaoke of his, and it's still his unique style.

Thank you for your reaction! Dimash’s talent is mind blowing 🤯 A'Studio was invited by Igor Krutoy to participate (individual concert) in the 2018 edition of the New Wave festival. Igor Krutoy, the man in white shirt giving his standing ovation, invited Dimash to participate in this festival in the same year. "Sinful Passion" was created in 1998. This is how the song was performed, exactly in the 20th anniversary of this song. It speaks of greater love, greater loss, greater despair, greater desire, greater passion. The loss or lack of this love, in Dimash's interpretation, has the dimension of a loss of life, which one is very anxious to restore. In place of the original purely pop instrumental part (inserts), Dimash included (after the last chorus) his vocalize, a stylized onomatopoeic (like a lament) eastern ornament and the words "дай мне, дай" (give me, give me) with a 23-second melismatic on the last syllable, which is not a simple substitute for a pop musical theme, but an extension of the story sung earlier in words. ❤️🎤🔝🌹🌹👏👏👏

Amazing reaction my friend Dounia...I was the person who recommend to react to Dimash, the best male singer of the world...But now I ask you: Have you seen the best female singer of the world?...The passion and dedication when Dimash is performing a song can only be compared with the person who has influenced him to sing leaving everything on stage: His idol, the queen, the incomparable Lara Fabian...Lara is the best female singer and performer of the world...She is a lyric soprano with a amazing vocal range and incredible breath control, which is one of the things that Dimash admires the most about Lara...She speaks 5 languages and sings like in 12 languages....That's why she is the inspiration for Dimash and several singers around the world...You can see on KZbin covers of her songs made by singers of the stature of: Dimash, Floor Jansen, Diana Navarro, Morissette Amon, Gabriel Henrique, Katrina Velarde, Cakra Khan and others...Please react to her songs, all masterpieces, in LIVE versions, because Lara is more impressive when she sings live, so you can see why she is the idol of Dimash...Try to do it in this order and almost all songs are from the same Lara’s concert “From Lara With Love” in Montreal 1999, one of her best works: 1) Je Suis Malade (Singing in French)...2) Caruso (Singing in Italian)...3) Je T'AIME (2002 Live version in Paris Singing in French)...4) Perdere L'Amore (1999 Live version Singing in Italian)...5) Adagio (1999 Live version singing in english)...6) Broken Vow (1999 Live version singing in English)...7) You are Not From Here (1999 Live version singing in English)...8) Quédate (1999 Live version singing in Spanish)....9) Ti Amo Cosi (2019 Live version Singing a trío with Dimash and Aida Garifullina)....I hope to see you first reaction soon and if you don't mind, I'd like you to mention me as the person who recommended reacting to Lara...Here you have the link of her amazing performance of the song “Je Suis Malade”....kzbin.info/www/bejne/m3m2qp5qiKynq7s

Great Job Dounia. Much love. I love the type of songs he chooses for himself. What I love about Dimash, other than he mastered his craft, is his genuine feelings he add to all of his songs. However, there's more...one of my favorite song (I'm a little biased since it's in English) Perhaps u could analyze it next please: Endless Dimension every instrument, the composure adds, has deeper meaning, I think. for example, notice the purple energy emitting out of him at 0:43, then followed by the addition of Violin at 0:59, meanings of lyrics at 1:46, and as a whole song. at 3:20 when he changes to gorgeous head voice and at the same time introducing the electric guitar... did he transformed to energy as a bird to be able to...? since this lyrics is in English without loss of meaning to translator, so we understand the exact meaning. what kind of message do u think he's conveying? What did he DisMash? :-)

Now that you've heard this live version, there are several other concert versions out there that are also so so amazing!! His 2019 solo concert version of this song changes up the accompaniment in a really more epic way and the camera stays on his face close up during the final long vocal run unlike this version, where the camera pans to the band during much of DQ's last note. Here is the LINK to the 2019 solo concert performance of SP: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHvHg2iXfd92l68. This one is my fav and was performed in front of 60K fans :) Also thank you so much for NOT interrupting the first play thru....really like your way of presenting reviews! ! The triangle shows just how important every minute detail is to Dimash. Dimash is VERY hands on in EVERY tiny detail of his arrangements. Regarding DQ's vibrato, I really appreciate that he uses his vibrato dynamically just as he uses volume and emotional dynamics. If a singer uses the same or similar vibrato all thru their singing I think they miss the opportunity to use vibrato as a way of conveying varying depths of emotion.....wider, harder vibrato to communicate more intense passion, pain or longing; little, smaller vibrato to create various forms of intimacy .....etc.

Rsrsr. Hello, I’m from Brazil! For those who like information about Dimas' songs: The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition, the final part he added, with an oriental technique. The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band's name is A'Studio (Russian-based Kazakhstani pop music group, "Alma-Ata Studio", city of Almaty). The dead singer (to whom Dimash was a fan) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. The lyrics are by the poet Ilia Reznik together with Baigaly Serkebayev, who is the keyboardist with long hair, which we see in the video accompanying Dimash.

This exactly is a sample 4:15 that DQ is in knowledge of arabic scales (beyond the expression and the interpretation) you probably have knowledge of them. This is a kind of usak scale with makam variations. Amazingly mixed that gives east breathing to that song ❤DQ REGARDS

This was another very enjoyable reaction and I always look forward to your insightful analysis. I have been waiting for a new Dimash reaction from you. This was his 2018 guest performance at the New Wave competition held annually since 2002 at the New Wave Hall in Sochi Olympic Park. FYI, Dimash did not win “The Voice” in China. He took part in an invite-only competition in 2017 for established professional and successful singers, which is called “I Am A Singer.” The competition consists of 14 rounds, lasts almost 4 months, and competitors are eliminated throughout the season. Every performance is live, and no lip-syncing or auto-tune is permitted. Pure unadulterated vocal ability only. Dimash finished the competition in 2nd place. The band A-Studio is originally from Kazakhstan. The keyboard player, Baigali Serkebaev, composed the song together with the poet Ilia Reznik, and the song was first performed in 1998. The singer of the group A-Studio passed away in 2015, and in this concert, the group was backing up guest vocalists. The triangle man is multi-percussionist Ilya Pokrovsky, a very talented man and a close friend of Dimash and member of the Dimash team (DQ Team). He plays various percussion instruments and accompanies Dimash in all his concerts. Someone explained that the special tribal riff is something practiced in Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and other parts of Asia. A similar technique is also used in some parts of the Middle East. It is referred to by some as a "glottal stop". We use it too when we say "uh oh". A Kazakh KZbinr commented that Dimash used a Kazakh singing technique, called 'komeymen aytu'. You can hear it among the Turan Group. Sakha people use this technique too; they call it 'kylyhah'. I read somewhere that the tribal vocalization was a tribute to the deceased singer, as it is similar to a technique usually used by women in Kazakh funeral ceremonies. This competition was organized by the man in the white shirt who stood up in the first row, Billionaire Igor Krutoy, a famous Ukrainian and Russian music composer, performer, producer, and musical promoter. He invited Dimash to perform and it was this performance that prompted him to come out of retirement and compose masterpieces for Dimash to sing, such as I Miss You, Ogni Pietra, Your Love, Stranger, and Ave Maria, just to name a few. Since this concert, he has been collaborating with Dimash, writing music with his vocal range in mind, and often accompanying him on the piano. So you'll see more of him. There is another performance of this song of one of his more recent concerts. It is as good or better because you can hear certain parts clearer and the camera stays on him most of the time. Here is the link, in case you want to watch it. He is consistently perfect. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHvHg2iXfd92l68
