Prince's live performance of Purple Rain at the Superbowl in a driving rainstorm was extraordinary. Prince, the other musicians, the dancers all performed beautifully on a slick stage in heavy rain and wind. Prince's guitar playing was out of this world at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame event for George Harrison. Must see.

Taught himself to play over 20 instruments, has a 41/2 octave vocal range, wrote thousands of songs (many were hits for other artists) is a fantastic dancer and had all the ladies. The fact that he uses every aspect of his act as an instrument stood Prince out from any living being I've ever witnessed. He uses his voice as an instrument while his instrument as his voice, and even the way he dresses, dances, and even looks all played into the song. Not going to turn this into another MJ vs Prince debate, but I will say, I've seen great MJ impersonators, and even some great Elvis impersonators, but never have I seen a good Prince impersonator, because he was just more than a singer and look, he was one of the most unique individuals ever born, and its the uniqueness as well as his ability to tie it all into his act that makes him impossible to properly encapsulate by one guy.

Now if you are interested in Grammy Award winning acapella vocals that are on another level listen to Pentatonix(won 3 Grammys so far) Daft Punk Meldey, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy(yes they do a lot of Christmas sonds), and Jolene with Dolly Pardon. Other amazing acapella groups are Home Free and VoicePlay. Just a warning Acaapella is a deep long lasting rabbit hole of vocal amazing skills.
