lol that was an epic reaction! I loved it! It was so nice to see someone else totally blown away & losing their freaking mind while watching the marvel that is Dimash, because it reminds me of the first time I heard him sing. I don't think I got over it for like 3 days. There is "Before Dimash" & "After Dimash." Your life is never going to be the same. However this obsession doesn't end in a month because I am 10 months into this, since I 'discovered' him singing this exact song & still totally addicted to him. But I am completely ok with that lols. I smile every day now, no matter what else is going on in the world & in my life. The thing about Dimash is that every song he sings is unique & will surprise you. There is no way to predict what he will do next. Anyone who has perfect pitch & can sing over 6 octaves & hit notes off the piano can do whatever they want. But it is easy to see him singing in perfection now, & miss the road that got him here. Sure, at this point he has mastered his craft to perfection, but just like anyone else he didn't start here. Yes, he was blessed with talent from God & 2 musical parents & perfect pitch but this boy is like the Bruce Lee of singing, practicing for 3 hours a day for over 20 years, going to comprehensive music schools & getting professional degrees. He is working on his doctorate degree now & he is only 26 lol. As a perfectionist he is always trying to improve even though to most of us, that seems insane to try to improve perfection. For someone who is so talented, he is very humble & gracious to his fans, which he calls his 'Dears' because they are dear to his heart. He doesn't do any of this for money or glory but to spread his love for his fans & his country all across the world. Just scrolling through the comments it looks like the Dears have found you & informed you about where this song came from & what songs to listen to next. You literally can't go wrong with any song you choose. All are impeccable. I look forward to watching your journey of discovery because it will remind me of mine. Thank you. :-)

❤❤❤❤ Bravo for this reaction to Dimash! I've been following Dimash for four years now and he literally just keeps getting better, as hard as that is to believe. Dimash refers to his fans as Dears. A reaction like this literally fills us with joy as we can easily see that you respect and appreciate Dimash the way that we do. By the way, you've just been Dimashed, welcome to our world! A possible explanation for your question of "How can he do this?" I've been watching Dimash reaction videos since the first day I saw a performance by him. Several vocal coaches have theorized this. Dimash started singing/vocal lessons at the age of 5. He had a very high voice back then and was embarrassed about having to sing with the girls. Then puberty hit and his lower register showed itself. Because he was coached through puberty he was able to maintain his higher registers and introduce/develop his lower register as well. Now, it is necessary to add this. Obviously Dimash has been blessed with a once in a lifetime gift but he works that gift unlike anyone I've ever read about previously. He is his own worst critic, has a hard time watching himself perform and is constantly working to become better and push the boundaries of his current capabilities. He also happens to be an incredibly humble young man and a sincerely decent human being. Dimash terms his style of singing Neoclassical, blending classical tones with many other genres, including rap! I'm subscribing to your channel to watch you repeatedly be amazed by this young man. You will start to think you know what he's capable of only to realize that no, you do not know. Thank you again!!

DIMASH's normal vocal range is the entire piano keyboard, plus a few notes not on the piano. He has had many sell-out concerts around the world, until covid hit. In August will continue concerts. He was at Barclay Center in NYC in Dec,2019 more people came to see him than Beyonce at the same arena. It was fantastic performance, he sang in several languages. He can speak Russian , Kazakh, English and is learning Mandarin, Korean, has plans to perform in Spanish. He has songs in 12 languages, many have subtitles. He is singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, actor, fashion model, dancer, humble off stage, a beast on stage. He performed in a Chinese contest(I am Singer) and his first song was SOS, this contest was for professional talent, he was relatively unknown in China, after his performance of SOS, overnight he gained 600 million + fans; and needed bodyguards. He has signed contract with Walter Afanasieff to come to US, Walter said he was the greatest singer he has ever heard, a high praise from a composer, music producer of some of the best known singers in the US. He has fan clubs in 44 of the 50 states in the US. #1 on MTV for past 5 weeks in a row. Fans are called "DEARS", he named them. 3 top vocal coaches have dubbed him as a once in a century talent and the best singer on the planet. Absolutely! The two singers I love watching first time reactions to are Dimash and Angelina Jordan. Like many, I've been following for years. Without fail every person that hears Dimash for the first time has their mind blown! OMG, WTF, range, octaves....ALIEN! After you are obviously knowledgeable around music, and just caught on right away, that he is from a technical standpoint, the best singer in the World. I'm seeing this reaction again for the sixth or seventh time (and showing it to a friend). It's one of my favorites and I think there are hundreds of reactions to this performance by Dimash. I think that's the best performance ever (for my taste alongside Whitney's national anthem in the super bowl and Bobby Hatfield's Unchained Melody in 1965). You were so excited while watching it and you tried to stay calm, but at the same time you were very sincere, you spoke your mind and your heart. I loved it when you said you loved patriots and patriotism. Dimash is a great patriot of his homeland and always says so with pride. I believe that he is not only a singer or an artist, he represents a Light that we must follow. That is why God gave him such an enormous talent.

We know you already love our beautiful Prince Dimash. And I'm sure he would love you too. Dimash is all about his country of Kazakhstan. He performs many songs about it. And to hear you respect him for that is wonderful. Dimash has fan clubs in over 126 countries around the world. (That's the last total that I have heard about - unofficial) Dimash is fluent in Kazakh and Russian, both of which are his native languages. He is currently studying English and Mandarin. He also sings in the following languages. French, Ukrainian, Italian, Turkish, Serbian, Kyrgyz, German and Spanish. He has a vocal range of 6+ octaves plus whistle notes. His highest whistle note to date is D8 (entirely off the piano). Higher than Miriah Carey's. You can hear Dimash's D8 as he sings a song he wrote when he was 19 years old. "Unforgettable Day" (in Kazakh language) at the Gakku Concert in Kazakhstan in 2017. This concert is a yearly open-air event. Dimash was the Headliner for this concert. He closed the concert singing 5 songs for the audience. The concert was 4 hours long and is available to view on KZbin. I have watched it several times and it is wonderful. There were 150,000 people in attendance! All this information, and much more, is in the Wikipedia article about Dimash. His story and history are amazing! The people who manage the Wikipedia information are extremely dedicated to accuracy and research. Oh man.....I love, love, LOVE your reaction! It was so much fun watching your surprised face and knowing the effect he was having on you because all we Dears (the name Dimash calls his fans because he says we are all dear to him, like his family) feel the same way about him! I discovered him three years ago by accident while watching a reaction to Queen in which the reactor mentioned his name twice so out of curiosity I checked him out, and when I tell you I haven't gone one day in three years where I don't spend a minimum of two hrs each day listening to his music, watching reactors, watching his concerts, watching his interviews, etc. You can see I'm a little obsessed, but so are most of his fans. He just has a hypnotic effect on people, and I'm positive you felt it too! There are probably a hundred performances from him, going back to when he was a teenager (he was 23 in that video and will be 27 next month) and so many great performances I wouldn't know where to start. He started studying music at 5 yrs. old. Both parents are singers. He loves his family, his country, his music and his fans and is a wonderful guy. Welcome to the world of Dimash and his "dears" as he calls his fans. Highly recommend his covers of Opera 2, Diva Dance, and the covers of Queen that he did with a small group (you have to hunt for those, they aren't on youtube as far as I know). Also his own song "Screaming" is great. Unforgettable is terrific. He does a lovely cover of All by Myself. Basically you are safe with anything he sings. He's not a singer stuck in one genre. Dimash is amazing.

It’s always a joy to watch someone discover Dimash for the first time. He’s incredible and it’s a mind blower. He hails from Kazakhstan and a loving professional musical family. They noticed his talent as a small child and enrolled him in music school. While he has primary classical operatic training, he has studied all genres. His own unique style and range would often get criticized by judges, but he has stuck to his guns and just wants to see where his voice can go. He is confident yet humble. A patriot you bet! Many of his traditional performances are wonderful to behold. He speaks Russian and Kazakh, but sings in about 12 languages. He is learning to speak Chinese and English. I hope you will listen to more. His fans are global and are called Dears. This is what Dimash refers to them as and he is quite close to them. He’s become more than a singer....he’s loved for the person he is and supported by all ages and types. He just brings such a positive energy. We always can’t wait to see what he does next. As a next listen maybe Sinful Passion. It’s an song written long ago by A-Studio the band on stage with him. SOS is a French tune from the musical Starmania I think. I like that Dimash sings different type music than what is so common today. He uses live orchestras and musicians....and contrary to what some naysayers want to claim...live vocal performances. Only once or twice early on the Russians required him to lip sync at the Kremlin. But.... They realize now Dimash doesn’t need to. Also suggest Opera 2, Ogni Pietra (Olimpico), Hello by Lionel Richie, Love is Like a Dream, Adagio, Across Endless Dimensions, Show Must go On (Queen), Keili Meken, Give Me Your Love (Dimash song written and performed in the spirit of Michael Jackson who he admired greatly), Know (New Wave), Know Vocalise, Passione, Akkyum video, ....too many more to list. (Traditional) Samaltau Tokyo Jazz Fest, Adai+Didadau, A famous retired Russian composer came out of retirement upon hearing Dimash. He first appeared standing in the audience at end of Sinful Passion. He has collaborated with Dimash and written some of his most notable songs. You will see him playing a grand piano along side Dimash during these performances. Dimash is turning 27 in May. He stands 6’3”. Plays several instruments. His break out performance was in China in 2017 at the Singer competition. He sang SOS and that was that. He did not win but came in second place. Thank you for this wonderful reaction! You have discovered the best male vocalist in the world and the most humble and loving artist out there who deeply loves his country and its people. You can fully see this from the songs he sings in Kazakh language - Qairan Elim, Amanat, Kieli Meken, Samaltau etc. These are all available on his YT channel for us to enjoy and fall in love. I adore his Kazakh songs because you can truly see, hear and touch his soul through these songs. I also love his more operatic songs: Olympico (aka Ogni Pietra) and Passione. A special favourite of mine is the vocalised version of Know from Dimash’s Arnau Kiev concert. And his newest song Be With Me is a very rare and special pearl where he mixes and blends different styles amazingly. To be honest, I love practically all his songs, and that’s because of his unique voice that can be so soft and tender and at the same time full of power. He can really touch the strings of my soul.

No question in my mind that he's the best in the world, and probably across some generations. It's not just his unbelievable mastery of voice, which is perfect on every level. Tonal quality, breath control, range (maybe 7 octaves now?). BTW, he does a 30-second run in Sinful Passion in one breath that's astounding. In the other video he does of this song, there's an exquisite touch he does on the final note, where he crescendos and decrescendos out of it. Just gorgeous. But, what puts him head and shoulders above anyone else I think is his ability to live the song, emotionally and physically. His musicality and theatrical presence make him the perfect vocalist. Wow, wow, wow!!! On top of all that, he speaks several languages and plays multiple instruments. A flat-out genius, and apparently a gem of a person as well.

He was on a Chinese competition called The singer in 2017. He came 2nd, which for a non national was unheard of. Adagio, Hello, Unforgettable day, The show must go on and many others are well worth a watch. More recently Your love, across endless dimensions and Quairan elim, Screaming and many more. I'd start with his performances on The singer as that's where he was ultimately discovered. He performed at President Biden inauguration and he is starting to break America.
