That's because you're amoral. the Bible has never once proven a science book wrong. Whereas science has time and time again proven the Bible wrong. So much so that religious scholars and priests constantly have to pivot, claim the Bible was speaking in "metaphor in those verses" but needs to be taken literally in others. Btw, when the Bible says you can 'sell your daughters into slavery" or that "women should marry their rapists" Is it pretend that women are raped? That you can own people as property? the Bible is so confusing when It says if I beat my slaves and they live for three days before dying I'm okay, but if they die on day two then God will be pissed off. What if they go into a coma and I put them on life support for a few days then unplug them. Is that okay? Technically they aren't dead if they're on life support.

When you first started speaking of your drastic change in ministry, I likened it to a class I took at USA- university of south Alabama. It was titled "Psychology of the Black Experience ". I was one of four white students that did not know each other. This made me able to realize how it feels to be a lone difference. Yet, as a little girl, white as can be- my dad took us to live in Bermuda where he was in service for three years. Then, in 60's it was predominantly dark skinned folk. I didn't question it, don't think I realized it at such a young age. However, sitting/ playing with a child next door we realized the difference in the color of our skin. So we ran to mom with the question. She was baking cookies and used that as example. She said, God just lets some stay in the oven longer. She helped us realize- all from the same cookie dough- she reminded us we were the same and we were God's precious little girls. Racism is learned. In Bermuda, it's under English rule. They do not have same history, Slavery caused much racism but we didn't live it- a lot of good came from our battle with slavery. Under God, We are all one race. The human race. I so admire you Voddie- and your wife who went with you on this journey with the Lord.
