bring some carpet with you.. unroll where the water is moving pretty fast - shovel the ore at the top of the carpet - use your pump to knock it down - then wash the carpet and run through the high banker - you can process more - believe it or not. cause you can load the carpet up...

Hey Chris, can you run watter through your rock crusher? that would bring the dust down. and then you could put a hole in the bottom of the bucket with a mesh, that way the big stuff is immediately ready to go back into the crusher.

Hit up your local Geotechnical Engineering/soils testing firm and see if they have any out of spec sieves they are willing to part with. In the US, we use 12 round sieves that conveniently fit over buckets. Sieves come in various sizes but might be a cheap source for your classifying needs. Good stuff chap!

Hey Chris another awesome vid! :) Suggestion on the dust...what about an open ended bucket suspended over your wheelbarrow allowing for you to use the hose to add a little water as ya crush?...maybe a overflow pipe from wheelbarrow to a collection bucket with ya variable speed sump pump in it.. that way you are lubricating the crushing action and probably help it crush and should keep the dust well under control... or instead of wheel barrow use a plastic 100 or 200 litre drum...they are pretty easy to find, then you could just drill a hole thru the side at you desired overflow level into your water recirculating reservoir. the lid of the drum should be bout right for the crusher to sit on or you could mount it to it, all in all would probably make it a little quieter... if ya wanted to be real fancy you could come up with a tipping frame for once you have finished to tip ya drum into ya wheelbarrow so ya can get all the goldy goodness out!! :) Also in NZ we have a reinforcing mesh for concreting that's about 1 inch square maybe you crazy Auzzies have something similar... something like that might help ya classify ya wocks befwore crwushin! :):) Chur te Chur! :)

hey Chris, take a 400 thread pillow case and soak it and wring it out. then zip tie it to the exhaust port. that almost stop it completely.the when youve done about 10 or so crushed doing just that. Take it off hang it open side up till its popcorn fart dry😏.then over a smooth surface turn it inside out and check to see if anything is captured in the clothe,by panning the ultra fine dust that has been captured. ive always wondered if you losing anything out that exhaust. You always experiment 🙄 why mot check this out for fun . if there is nothing in the super fine taulk, at least you will reduse the dust for yourself and your nieghbors. just a thought out loud🫢
