Felt good from the deadlifts yesterday so I wanted to do another volume day. OHP was picked cause I did no pressing last time. Doing about 80% of my max here for 23 reps feels great as well as the pullovers.
The dishes have the same focus as the lower core holds; bring together the hips and ribs to get the core fired up.
Ended on reverse nordics cause my hip flexors were a little on the tight side and they felt great after.
