Volume Eating: The Secret to Fat Loss
A lot of diets work indirectly by utilising this method. As with intermittent fasting or diets that assign a points system to foods, everything is just a means of achieving a calorie deficit.

Yo people! Tracks used in order are Rein - Teepee (intro background music), Rival Consoles - Anchor (Hart Remix) over the workout footage, Tchaikovsky over the cooking footage and Rein - Amanga for the remaining time-lapses. Everyone like my video pls so I can renegotiate my sponsorships and eventually recoup the £43728 quid I spent on salad ingredients. Thanks u guyzzz xxx

@@TearThatRedFlagDown I agree with both of you. Cooking should be properly taught whilst growing up everywhere as not only do you get to eat food exactly how you want it, but you also get to eat for cheaper in most cases therefore saving you money that can be spent else where. And there's a lot to be saved as eating out everyday literally can cost around 70 each week.

I’ve lost weight by eating prepared/take out food. I just tried to choose the less junk foody stuff. I live in south Texas with a lot of mexican restaurants around, and the food they have isn’t that bad nutritionally, it can be pretty calorie dense though. As I get leaner though that might not work

It's a good way to loose some weight but has to be done carefully and not long-term if you're an athlete. I love your videos! Keep em going I need the information, or reinforcement from what I learned in my early 20's while doing some minor amateur bodybuilding, but now at 39, need to get back to my roots after building a career and life, I need the motivation you give. Your body is incredible!

Fantastic video !! Just one thing, please refrain from eating raw mushrooms. They are one of the best things when well cooked, but are harmful when raw.
I lived off £1 per day... for a WEEK!
