Volvo XC90 front Wheel Bearing Replacement
Not a full guide as such but hopefully enough info to help. My Bearing was rusted on solid, so was very time consuming. The Makita impact wrench was used as much as possible, but was not powerful enough to remove some of the bolts.

The hub can be a bear to get out and my XC was rusted much worse than this one. What I did was to reinstall the 4 bolts into the hub and tightened them until 1/4" was showing. I then hammered each bolt in a crossing pattern using a regular hammer until the hub loosened and popped out. You are supposed to replace the bolts anyway and while I plan to do so, the old bolts are still in perfect condition so this approach didn't damage anything. HTH

I wish I would have watched your video before going after the nut on the outer tie rod. Mine was spinning too and I thought something was messed up on it... cut it off with cutting wheel and ended up replacing the tie rod! Ugh

Bummer!. I've just removed the rear differential and had near to no guides to follow. I have had to replace the propshaft CV and the wiring loom on the haldex as I damaged both parts.😬 So It's nice to know my video can save a bit of hassle and money. 👍

Without doubt, it took me 4 days but that included painting the calipers
