Most people not in WNC don’t comprehend your situation. They don’t realize how a town can be wiped out how in some places the roads aren’t there. It is really beyond their understanding. So your videos are helpful and a blessing

Oh, Heidi, my heart hurts for y’all so much. I’m thankful for your faith in the Lord. He is seeing you all through each day and each trial and He is sanctifying you. Tell Olivia I love seeing her in this video and I love her jacket! Yay for Primal Queen! I never thought about the dust being toxic now. That’s interesting. One of the young men in our church was out there helping and he was in the hospital last week and the doctors have no idea of a diagnosis. He can’t walk or feed himself….. it’s crazy. Please know that every time you look at that coffee cup plant our family is praying for you each and every day. I love you! ❤

I think about your two families, and pray for you all often, when God brings you to mind. I can’t even imagine how they can count votes in N. Carolina, as many don’t have an address right now. The amount of secondary issues for those who lived through Helene, I think few can understand. I appreciate this lengthy update, as it helps us understand the needs and how to pray.

I am so sorry for all that you are all going through. Praying for you all 🙏 Yes you need to take care of others. We are called to love our neighbors as ourselves. We are called to be salt and light. We are also called to stand up for those who cannot stand up for ourselves. We see in the Bible people standing up and getting involved. Joseph, Esther, Daniel and even Jesus Matthew 23:23 He went against the Pharisees who were not just the religious leaders but also political leaders in Israel. No president now our Savior but our spouse, children and doctors are not either yet we still important to pick the best one. One party wants abortions till the end for whatever reason. They would want our tax dollars to pay for them. They also want to pay for transgender. They went to mutilate healthy children which would harm them in many ways. They want the equality act which would allow them to take your children and do these things like in California. It would take away our relgious freedom. They allow everyone in through the border which greatly causes sex trafficking and murders coming in and killing and gangs taking over. So can we follow the one anothers of Scripture and the 2nd greatest command to love one another. Can we follow Proverbs 32:8,9 . We can follow by voting no against evil. I don't like either candidate but one is just straight up evil being for everything God is against. Not voting is unfortunately voting . Not voting is allowing evil to possibly reign. Please go to scripture and live it out in every area of life. We see that example in scripture. We all need to stand together by voting and praying.

Sorry all your clothes got messed up and had to be tossed. That is hard because if you at least can get up and put clothes on that helps but when you have redo your whole wardrobe for your whole family that is not easy. I know you had a video one time where you showed you wardrobe of dresses you managed to find and the good shoes you had. So I am sure that is super hard . Also your friends having to look too. I am glad the Salvation army and other places were able to get supplies out there. May God bless you all as you rebuild your lives. It will be quite a long time for many to get back to more normal.

Every day is a little victory. We sometimes ask God where He was during the hardest of times and He always was there. We only see one set of foot prints and think we are alone. He tells us, "Silly child. You only see one set of foot prints because I was carrying you." I remember growing up when it was time to do things around different seasons our fellow Christian neighbors would get together, different "bees" we would call them, and help whether it was splitting splitting and piling wood, gathering hay, harvesting the gardens, etc. Everyone helped out. It was wonderful. There is a lot to be said about living in the country. People help one another. Especially in times of need. My hope is that our nation sees this and go back to neighbors being friendly to one another. I'm glad to see so many helping out. I will continue to keep you, your family, and your community in my prayers. May God bless you and keep you. He will give you the strength through your weakness to be able to get through this.

Focus on today, prioritize people first then animals. One day you will wake up and realize that you have a rhythm, but don't waste time looking for rhythm now. We had a tragedy in our family and it took three years to find our rhythm again, and that's okay because GOD was with us the whole time.

We used to run up to your area all the time when we were in Upstate SC and I love it up there hearing about all this and the real death toll was unbelievable, recently watched a documentary on this though that was explaining all the stuff in the water from this and the leaks of so many chemical companies and nuclear things upriver from everyone there, and they are saying that the water and water table there now is super toxic and people are getting really sick from it who have gone and volunteered. They are saying the mud in homes and water in homes was not just water but a lot of really bad stuff and people should wear heavy duty gloves and masks when dealing with it. I hope America and other countries realize it's reallllly time to be seeking God on where to be, where to go, what to do and when. Be prayerful if you and neighbors should stay and deal with the toxins in the water and air all that, because He may opt for a door to be opened for you to go elsewhere free for awhile and then return once the dust and problems have settled if led. It's a beautiful area, but it's kind of like the Palestine train wreck thing...where I wish those people had been scooped up and relocated instead of their children developing issues and being really sick daily over there it's terrible. But this sounds from the documentary we watched like it's going to be a problem for decades there now :(

That greenhouse is junk. it’s super thin n at the bottom there is no way to get heavy plants in and out. First wind and it’s trash. nowhere near worth the money. ours was laying under our RV broken up til we finally threw it away. We maybe should have got something back out if it being aluminum but would have spent that in gasoline. Don’t get that green house. there’s one online that is 33 ft long n just a tad bit more $. but you will have to be sure it’s so tight that the water cannot puddle up on the roof or it will crash. we did not n a hard rain came and we had to hurry n stab holes in it. but it still did it’s job though. and without collapsing. we had a fish pond n garden n beautiful flowers for esthetics and were edible. we have since moved but it was nice. right now we use cheap car sheds with walmart plastics draped over the top. far more sturdy! note: be sure to use clips to make it super tight so no water puddles on the roof! a hose is not a real good tester for some reason. some are using pvc pipe n plastic. ❤

It’s terrible, but God is really really good at making lemonade from so many “lemons” there are.

I just started watching your videos and my heart goes out to you and the others affected by this hurricane. But if your soul is poisoned, that's gonna effect growing when the growing season returns. There is another place where the soul is highly poisoned and that is in hawaii where those fires happened, and a lot of these people are losing their land to corporations this might happen there. So i disagree with you, voting should be a very top priority. I guarantee you the democrats that live there will vote even the dead ones.
