I've found that the times I hit a "stall", it's when I'm exerting a ton of energy and not getting enough calories to match it, so I'm trying to be more cognizant of that. But yes, I started only allowing once a week weigh ins because it'll drive you bonkers. You're doing so great, and your meals look delicious!

Thanks for the insight. I started working out, so I’m wondering if I need to get a few more calories in. I also need to do better with my fluids. It’s so hard weighing only once a week, but I’ll do my best to stay away. Thanks for watching! 😊
