Watched this video this morning out of curiousity while drinking my pre-workout and then decided to do some of these and damn what a workout I came out all pumped up I even felt it in some muscle areas where Ive never felt before, in my opinion Vince is by far best coach here on KZbin not only because of his excercises but the way he explains them and breaks them down some guys Ive followed its sometimes hard to stay concentrated throughout the video but with Vince it's action packed from start to finish 10/10!

Honestly try to focus on pulling with shoulder and elbows and you might have to drop the weight and make sure your focusing on the eccentric meaning have control and focus on the muscle mind connection

Man,you're videos are really the best. You really explain in such a fine detail that anyone would really be able to understand it. Anyway, I would appreciate it if you could make a video on purely barbell exercises? I just have enough time to work out at home, and the only equipments my allowance would allow me are a barbell and bench. Thanks!

QUESTIONS REGARDING PROTEIN ABSORPTION IN THE BODY Dear Vince, I have been following Vshreds.com workouts and I am really loving them. Since I regularly watch your videos I have certain doubts that I think some other athletes might have too. I have come across certain videos on youtube which talked about protein absorption by the body, according to them the rate of protein absorption from a whey protein shake, when taken with water is 10gms per hour and the time the whey protein shake stays in the gut is about 1.5hours which brings the protein absorption to 15gms maximum. So I am really confused as to whether I drink my protein shake all at once, which provides me 25gms of protein after my workout, or should I wait it out and break the consumption into two part and drink only half of it and the rest after 1.5 hours. Secondly, if I take my whey protein shake with one banana and 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter, will it cause any hindrance with the protein absorption or rather slow down the process of digestion and thus provide me with all 25gms of protein from whey and the rest from peanut butter and banana. I would like to request you to make a video on this topic "rate of protein absorption from whey protein shakes" so that it may help me and other athletes having such queries .
