I like your method of teaching. I learnt a lot frm V-shred and never felt a need to ask for assistance frm any trainer in my gym. I wish he introduce more videos so that people could get more better ideas abt work out. Thumbs up!

Most people will definitely find the hanging pull ups too much, but don't get discouraged, you can get it done by the seated cable machine with pull downs, its a much gentler way of getting this back exercise in. With the seated machine, you can adjust the weight. Then over time, you can work your way up to body weight pull ups. I am a long way off to pulling my body weight up 12 times, but it is one of my goals. Another good one, if ull ups are beyond you is sitting on the floor out about 5-6 feet from cable machine and pull the V- handle or wide bar into your chest, squeezing that contraction, keeping mind connection in the back muscles. Just set the carriage about 2 feet from the floor.

A lot of gyms have a machine you can move the weight to do pull ups. You can also use resistance bands to work your way up.

I really enjoyed this video. I have Cerebral palsy and have a bad lower back so I can’t do any major movements like deadlift or any kind of bent over bar movements. My back workouts consist mainly dumbbells and cables. So this was perfect. Subscribed 👍🏼

I've been training my back for the past 8 months but not sure why it's not growing I switch around exercises like pulls ups, bend over rows, seated rows, australian pullups and deadlifts; switching between heavy weights low reps and light weight high reps. Should I continue? Contrary I did not put much effort on chest and triceps but seeing steady growth....Anyone mind sharing me some advice?

Hey Kirak! I recommend making sure you are not keeping your arms straight, and make sure your body is not too close or far away from the machine. Most importantly engage your mind on the body part you are working. It'll make a huge difference! ~ Tim

Yes that is ok, but I recommend quality over quantity. Less movements more T.U.T and progressive overload. Meaning the weight gets heavier and the reps get lower~Benny

I watched alot of these videos and made my own full body workout. Just pick a muscle group of where you want to start. With correct form I did 6 sets of 10-12 reps. Start comfortable and add weight after every set. For 3 sets. Then drop weight after each set for the next 3 sets. Imma stick to this for about a month. Then do reps to failure with more weight. You’ll find your satisfied regiment. Don’t forget leg day. Ever!!
