I think what's been done so far is amazing, however I saw the old weather mod and I was blown away. If better ground textures and some minor weather could be introduced this would be the VR game of the decade.

Honestly really enjoyed it. Only thing is the really, really low turning rate but other than that its sick especially with an EWO in the back

@@yfbb1 yeah exactly. I have found it easier to spread wings but its still very unmaneuvarable to the real thing. like in dcs I have to limit how I pull on the stick when flying the f-14 just because its so manoeuvrable

How to set autopilot Speed? In previous models u just turn the button and adjust till your desired speed. In the EF-24G u can only press a button for current speed. I just cant find it.

lol I love this plane but I never fly it. I’ve spent more time as the EWO pushing buttons than flying this thing. 😂 This plane changes VTOL VR for the better.

In my experience, it quickly departs from stable AOA without some care, and while it has high thrust, flap use is needed for optimal low speed turning in a dogfight. It’s not quite as maneuverable as the others, but has excellent acceleration and ludicrous top speed.

I can tell you that DCS is amazing. But this is a much better VR experience and a simpler combat sim than DCS. Sure not as realistic but definetely can be just as or even more fun than DCS. The immersion is just so much better when done in VR.

I play dcs but I would prefer vtol vr bc y9u don’t need a whole entire flight sim setup to have a good experience

I can agree on that. I have a HOTAS and some DIY button boxes I made for flight sims and simracing I can tell you hands down VTOL VR is so much more fun. It's not as serious but it can be with the right group of people. Plus I think VTOLVR is more accessible (provided you have a VR headset) in terms of the learning curve and your knowledge on aircraft required. I also love the immersion with VR where all the instruments and everything in the vehicles you have to reach out with your hands and actually move around to do things. I do usually run the mod for my own HOTAS input as I prefer to have those physical. But the experience is just amazing.@@dmomichaelvideos2039
